Note- Ceiling tiles and ceiling grid shall be of the same make.

97M & L preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / un--plastered surfaces of ceiling by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white lime wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
98M & L preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / un--plastered surfaces of ceiling by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with painting roller over prepared surfaces of the ceiling etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
99M & L preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / un--plastered surfaces of walls by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with painting roller over prepared surfaces of the walls, pillars, cornices etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
100M & L complete removal of existing treatment on wall by scrappers or any other means and washing , rubbing down and stoppingcomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
