Tender For Servicing, Repairs / Replacement Of Various Items Of Central Heating System At State Taxes Department, Srinagar For Winter Season 2023 24- 1 Opening Of Western Make 4Lac Kcal Hot Water Generator, Thoroughly Cleaning Inside And Outside Of The Same, Both In Case Of Coil And The Shell And Removing Of Soot And Carbon Deposits. The Inside Of Coil Shall Be Cleaned By Circulating Through It A Solution Of Max Clean Descaling Compound Of Approved Make ( Approx. 10Kg ) And Water Of Required Strength, Continuously For 24 Hours With The Help Of A Pump.The Solution Shall Be Circulated From A Tank / Barrel. Brushes, Detergent, Diesel / Kerosene Oil, Dhoti Cloth Required Shall Be Arranged And Provided By The Contractor. All Other Accessories Of The Boiler Shall Also Be Opened And Cleaned Similarly. The Job Includes Replacement Of All Seals, Gaskets, Asbestos Rope, Asbestos Felt, Asbestos Sheet, Defective Nuts And Bolts Etc. The Tools & Tackles Required For The Job And Any Other Consumable Shall Be Provided By The Contractor. 2 Replacement Of Refractory Of 4 Lac Kcal Hot Water Generator.The Job Includes Complete Removal Of Old Damaged Refractory And Thorough Cleaning Of Refractory Surfaces / Bases. Refractory Shall Be Laid In Fire Crete Super Brand Castable Refractory Cement As Per The Oem 3 Back Plate Refractory 4 Complete Wet Servicing Of FcuS Installed At Various Location At Sales Taxes Complex Solina , Srinagar. The Job Includes Dismantling Of Filters Of Indoor Unit And Cleaning It Therof With The Help Of Water And Detergent, Drying It Off With Blower Air And Reinstalling The Same Besides Removing Dust And Dirt Of Indoor Units With The Help Blower. The Job Includes Checking All Working Parameters Of AcS And Setting Them Right As Per Requirement. The Job Further Includes Reinstalling Back All The Items So Removed From The Unit For Servicing. 5 Providing And Fitting Of 12 / 16 Mm Dia Od Pex-Al-Pex Pipe Connections Along With Allied Fitting Viz Valves , Sockets , Nipple, Union, Tee Etc And Testing Of The Same On Maximum Working Pressure / Temperature To The Fcu Units That Are Working On Old Demaged Pipe Connections. 6 Providing And Fitting Of Pressure Guage In Place Of Demaged One. 7 Reinstallation Existing Fcu Unit By Proper Secrewing Andholding Arrangement The Furher Includs Complete Wet Of Servicing Un- Installed Fuc At Sales Taxes Complex Solinasrinagar. Name of Work: Servicing,Repairs/Replacement of various items of central heating system at state taxes department,Srinagar for winter season 2023-24

Sl. No.	Item Description
1	Opening of Western make 4Lac Kcal hot water generator, thoroughly cleaning inside and outside of the same, both in case of coil and the shell and removing of soot and carbon deposits. The inside of coil shall be cleaned by circulating through it a solution of Max Clean descaling compound of approved make (approx. 10kg) and water of required strength, continuously for 24 hours with the help of a pump. The solution shall be circulated from a tank /barrel. Brushes, detergent, diesel/kerosene oil, dhoti cloth required shall be arranged and provided by the contractor. All other accessories of the boiler shall also be opened and cleaned similarly. The job includes replacement of all seals, gaskets, asbestos rope, asbestos felt, asbestos sheet, defective nuts and bolts etc. The tools & tackles required for the job and any other consumable shall be provided by the contractor.
2	Replacement of refractory of 4 lac Kcal hot water generator. The job includes complete removal of old damaged refractory and thorough cleaning of refractory surfaces/bases. Refractory shall be laid in "Fire Crete Super" brand castable refractory cement as per the OEM
3	Back plate refractory
4	Complete Wet Servicing of FCU"s installed at various location at sales Taxes Complex solina ,Srinagar. The job includes dismantling of filters of indoor unit and cleaning it therof with the help of water and detergent, drying it off with blower air and reinstalling the same besides removing dust and dirt of indoor units with the help blower. The job includes checking all working parameters of AC"s and setting them right as per requirement. The job further includes reinstalling back all the items so removed from the unit for servicing.
5	Providing and fitting of 12/16 mm dia OD PEX-AL-PEX Pipe Connections along with allied fitting viz valves ,Sockets , Nipple, Union, tee etc and testing of the same on maximum working pressure/Temperature to the FCU units that are working on old demaged pipe connections.
6	Providing and fitting of pressure guage in place of demaged one.
7	Reinstallation existing FCU unit by proper secrewing andholding arrangement the furher includs Complete Wet of Servicing un- installed FUC at sales Taxes Complex solina Srinagar. The job includes dismantling of filters of indoor unit and cleaning it therof with the help of water and detergent, drying it off with blower air and reinstalling the same besides removing dust and dirt of indoor units with the help blower. The job includes checking all working parameters of AC"s and setting them right before insalltion as per requirement.
8	Providing and fixing of 87 W FCU motor imcluding replacement of damaged one.
9	Providing and fixing of Fan blower for FCU imcluding replacement of damaged one
