1Charges for Upkeeping & Routine maintenance of SWAS Chiller and Fan coil units . This work involves checking and inspection of internal electrical supply connections, control panel box, pump & motors, compressor, drier, expansion valves, bolts & nut tightening, water flow checking, cleaning of chilled water tank, filters, cleaning of fan coil unit fillters, cooling coils, "Y" strainer, drain water tray and drain pipe lines cleaning and choke releasing (Including cost of consumables and T & P"s).
2Charges forcleaning of condenser and evaporation tube by removal of inlet/outlet pipe lines and cover of condenser and evaporator, cleaning the tube internals by nylon wire bruch fitted with high pressure water collection of sediments reassembling of end covers in SWAS chiller including cost of consumablers and hire charges for tool & Plants.(Rate for 1 No 5.5 TR circuit).
3Charges for repairing of SWAS compressor, drier filter, suction and discharge valve and this work involves dismantling the compressor & drier, flushing the system, repairing works in compressor & drier, charging the N2 gas for holding the gas pressure to ensure no leak in the system and releasing the N2, vaccum pulling, charging theR22 refrigerant, testing and commissioning ofSWAS system chiller unit.(Rate for 1 No 5.5TR circuit) (Consumable items N2gas,refrigerant gas, expansion valve, sensors, filter drier, accumulator, shutoff valve is in contractor scope)
4Charges for rectification of 1 No 2TR capacity Fan coil unit includes dismantling the motor, cooling coil, filters, Y strainer, cleaning the motor & blower, replacement of blower bearings if necessary, checking the healthiness of the motor, reconditioning / replacing the motor, flushing the inlet & outlet pipelines, rectification / replacement of drain pipelines, flushing the cooling coil, leak attending in the cooling coil if any, cleaning the Y strainer, filters including hire charges for T & P"s and cost of consumables
5Charges for attending faults in the control panel like feedback cable, protection switches like oil level switch, water flow switch, evaporator pressure feedback cable, discharges pressure feedback cable etc., including cost of consumables, hire charges and T&Ps.
6Charges for cleaning of evaporator tube by removalof inlet / outlet pipe lines, end cover of evaporator shell, cleaning the dirty particles, cleaning the tube internals by nylon wire brush fitted with high pressure water collection of sediments reassembling of evaporator end covers and leak checking of end covers and pipes in PHB& service building including cost of consumables and hire charges for tools & plants.
7Charges for disconnect the condenser/ Evaporator cooling water pipe line inlet & outlet lines and providing dummy in the line due to valve passing and removal of end covers and reassembly the end covers after complition of work including cost of consumables, hire charges and T&Ps
8Charges for charging of N2 gas for identification condenser tube puncture by providing the Rubber taper plug for easy identification of minor leaks in the end of the conderser tube of both sides, plugging the tube by brass taper plug including cost of consumables, hire charges and T&Ps.
9Charges for charging the N2 gas for holding the gas pressure up to 150 PSI to ensure the no leak in the system and releaseing the N2, creating the vacuum in system up to 1 mm of Hg by vacuum pump and holding, including cost of consumables, hire charges and T&Ps.
10Charges for Removing the oil filter flange, cleaning the filter and creating vacuum by vacuum pump in the entire system, filling the york oil, filing the refrigerant gas up to required level and pressure including cost of consumables, hire charges and T&Ps.
11Charges for Evacuvating the refrigerant gas from low side to high side by throatling the control valves, again balance refrigerant gas to recovery through recovery pump to send high side, drain the oil and remove oil filter flange, cleaning the oil filter and creating vacuum by vacuum pump the hole system, filling the york oil, normalizing the system to open the valves and refrigerant gas up to required level and pressure including cost of consumables, hire charges and T&Ps.
12Charges for overhauling of compressor : This work involves Dismantling the Suction and dischargerefrigerant pipe line from the compressor assembly, providing dummy in the lines, disconnect the power cable from the motor, remove the control cables, etc., and lower the assembly from the bed.Dismantling the AC Screw compressor with motor assembly inspection of internal parts, checking the clearance in the gear assembly, renewal of bearings if necessary . Inspection of motor winding,bearings, checking the healthyness of winding, rewarnishing heating the winding to increase the resistance value. Final inspecton of the gear assembly ensuring free rotation of gears, then assembled with Motorchecking the required clearance, bolted with required torque and checking the free rotation of total assembly. (Rate for overhauling of 1 No screw compressor in 200TR capacity water cooled chiller)
13Charges towards cleaning of condenser tube by removal of the i/o pipe lines, end cover of condenser shell, cleaning the dirty particles, cleaning the tube internals by nylon wire brush fitted with high pressure water collection of sediments reassembling of cooler end covers and pipes and leak checking of endcovers and pipes in PHB and servicebuilding.
14Charges for removal of existing contaminated refrigerant gas from 200TR capacity chiller and filling of new refrigerant gas this work involves transportation of the refrigerant gas filled cylinders from godown outside NCTPS II campus to NCTPS II power house building chiller room and filling of refrigerant gas to the required level( including cost of consumables item refrigerant gas R134a.)
15Charges for replacement of oil filter in 200TR capacity chiller compressor,this work involves open the all isolation valves in gas side and open the condenser cooling water inlet and outlet valves, chilled water inlet and outlet valves, Removing the oil filter flange, replacing the filter new one and creating vacuum by vacuum pump in the entire system, filling the york oil, leak checking the filter driers in condenser. (Compressor oil filter is in contractor scope).
