Daily cleaning and sweeping by brooming of all open areas and cleaning, sweeping & moping of covered area including dusting floor cleaning, cleaning of all toilet, pantries, glazed tiles, urinal w.c. sheets, sinks, wash basin, floor tiles, fixture, doors, windows i/c ventilators, glass of window, stair case, corridor, verandah, parking and surrounding area by using required material of approved brand such as cleanzo, cleaning powder, phenyl, acid, glass cleaner, nephthalene balls, homocol cube, odonil duster, pocha and liquid soap for washing of all toilets, use of phenyl for floor of toilets all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Daily disposal of Rubbish/garbage/malba/dead animal, etc. from the site after cleaning/sweeping to the nearest municipal dustbin as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Conditions:-1. Minimum 14 Nos. of Environmental Assistant and 1 Nos. of Mate per day will be deployed by the contractor, if Nos. found less than the required Nos. then recovery ofdouble amount will be made.2. During execution of work if any challan is received in this office on any day by NGT, EDMC, DPCC/CPCB, local body or any other Govt. agency, the same shall be borne by the agency and if fails the amount of challan will be recovered from the bill of agency. Nothing extra will be paid to agency on this account.3. If agency fails to do the work or work is not found satisfactory, the double amount recovery shall be made per day basis from the bill of the contractor.4. Work may be terminated at any course of time.
