3Dismantling HT/LT insulators any type, any size by diconnecting all electrical connections complete all as specified and as directed.
4Supply, laying and testing cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, PVC sheathed cables for working voltages11 kV, three phase, earthed system, 3 core, screened, armoured power cable, 95 sqmm of nominal area of conductor, aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098 (Part-II): 2011 laid in trenches or under floors making all connections with necessary glands lugs bushing including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.
5S & F XLPE cable end termination, heat shrinkable, outdoor type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for voltage 11 kV (Earthed), 3 core 50 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.
6S & F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.
7Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
8Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0 in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
9Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.
10Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point
11Supply & spreading in trenches sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling hand punning down complete all as specified and directed Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.
12Supply & laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type 1, flat shape, dimension 300 mm X 180 mm X 40 mm as per IS 5820: 1970 complete all as specified and directed.
13M & L for steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-55 (11.0 metre long) seamless type, including CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as per IS 2713 Part -I & II including painting with two coats of bituminious paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed portion and making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer to embedded portion of pole including making good to match existing area complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately. Volume occupied by steel pole shall be deducted to derivethe quantity of PCC.
14M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.
15M & L for cement concrete M10 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate in pole coping or roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.
16S & F crushed graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in sub stn or at 4 Pole, 2 pole, 3 pole structure complete all as specified as directed.
17S & F gang operated air break switch, three poles, outdoor type, nominal system voltage 11 kV, rated voltage 12 kV, rated normal current 200 Amps, rated frequency 50 Hz, with 15 no of insulators, rated one minute power frequency withstand voltage between (i) earth & poles 28 kV (rms) (ii) across the isolating distance 32 kV (rms), rated lightning impulse withstand voltage (i) to earth and between poles 75 kV (Peak) (ii) across the isolating distance 85 kV (Peak), Rated short-time withstand current 25 kA for 3 seconds, rated peak withstand current 63 kA for climatic conditions at the site, mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current complete all as specified and as directed.
18Supply and erection of lightning arrestor (set of 03), explusion type suitable for 11 kV continuous operating voltage (3 phase) with rated voltage 24 kV (rms) with nominal discharge capacity of 65 kA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangements, GI bolts, nuts, washers etc. complete as specified and as directed. Note- Lightning attester shall be able to withstand wind load of 196Kg/Sqm and seismic acceleration of 0.39g.
19S & F expulsion fuse single pole 100 amps for 11 Kv, with drop out fuse unit comprising insulator set of 02 Nos, supply complete all as specified and as directed.
20M & L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, back plates and stay clamp fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
21M & L for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 250 mm X 200 mm complete all as specified and as directed.
22M & L for auguring under road, pavement, hard standing, railway lines by trenchless technology using latest boring technique and necessary machine for insertion of GI pipe of 65 mm to 100 mm nominal bore complete all as specified and as directed.
23Supplying & laying, in repair, in trenches 80 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.
24M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead of 32 mm X 6 mm galvanised mild steel strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
25S & F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32 mm X 6 mm galvanised mild steel strip complete all as specified and as directed.
26S & F chain link fencing MS galvanized 3.18 mm dia of wire and 50mm square size including line wire, rails, straining bolts etc including, binding wire, along with angle iron, PCC(1:3:6) with 20mm graded aggregate, and other items around 4m x 4m area of transformer complete all as specified and as directed
27M & L for cable route indicator made out of CI plate 150 dia, 8 mm thick, embossed with lettering "MES HT Cable", welded or bolted onto 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 600 mm long duly painted with anti-corrosive paint in brown colour & including necessary earthwork and excavation, embedded in PCC M15(Nominal Mix) using 20 nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate of size 400 mm X 400 mm X 300 mm complete all as specified and as directed.
28Supplying, installing, connecting, testing & commissioning oftransformer of capacity 100 KVA (energy efficient level 3), outdoor type, floor mounted 11 KV on HT side and 433 volts on LT side at no load step down 3 phase 50 c/s AC double wound ( copper) oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tubes core type. Transformer with off load tapping on HT side to vary secondary voltage ± 7.5% in steps of ± 2.5%.The transformer shall confirm with the requirement ofIS-1180 (Part-I) :2014 and IS 2026, subsequently amended upto date(upto amendment no 04) and oil shall confirm to IS-335, 1993. The temp rise shall not exceed 55 degeree centigrade in winding and 45 degree centrigrade in oil when measured by the resistance method after continous full load run and on ambient temp of 48 degree centigrade, copper wound specified and as directed. The transformer shall be complete with the following :-(a) HV Bushing of suitable size. (b) LV glands and cable box of suitable size. (c). Oil conservator with fully cap & drain valve (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent & oil seal. (e ). Themometer pocket with themometer dial of suitable size. (f). Two earthing terminals on tank and take cover with lugs to suit 32x6 mm GI strip. (g). Rating plate & diagram plate. (h). Terminal marking plate. (i). Four plain rollers. (m). Oil filter plig with connection complete. (n). Extra bushing for neutral outside the cable box for providing independent earthing. (o) oil filling hole with cap. (p). First filling of oil. (q). One cable box on LV side with one cable gland suitable for reception of 01 No 3.5 core 400 Sqmm LT cable. And as per specification given in Particular specifcation and per original manufacturer instructions. Note:-The quoted rates shall include the cost of construction of hard standing/ foundation of suitable size for mounting of transformer as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by engineer in charge.
29S & F XLPE cable end termination, heat shrinkable, outdoor type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for voltage 6.35 kV/ 11 kV (Earthed), XLPE, armourned, Al conductor cable of size 3 core 95 sqmm including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.
30Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 3 core with reduced neutral conductors (3½ core), nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 120 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through GI pipe laid under floors/roads, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
31M & L for laying of bricks locally available sub class "B" bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable all as directed.
32M & L for fabrication of LT feeder pillar box, out door type, tent roof, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet of size not less then 1000mm x 800mm x 450mm and mounted on MS angle 50 mm x 50 mm x6 mm suitable for 3 Phase, 415 volts, AC supply, 50 Hz, aluminium bus bar with colour sleeve, mounted on insulator with opening door both side with rubber bedding, locking arrangement and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome prime in grey colour complete all as specified and as directed and comprising the followings: INCOMING (a)MCCB, 4P, 125 Amps, 25KA rupturing capacity, 415 volts, AC, 50 Hz-01 Nos (b)Aluminium bus bar for three phase with neutral of capacity 400 Amps- 01 Set ©LED R-Y-B indicating lamps (Set of Three)- 01 set OUTGOING (a)MCCB, 4P, 100 Amps, 25 KA rupturing capacity, 415 volts, AC, 50 Hz- 01 Nos NOTE:-(i)Wiring of panel board with copper wire of suitable size and guage with connection, copper lugs all as required at site. (ii)The rate quoted by tenderer also includes to fix the legs of the panel box in PCC 1:3:6 pot hole foundation 30 cm below GL and the box will be kept nearly 45 cm above GL including earthwork and allied services complete.
