Testing, Trial and Operation of Ethanol plant Condensate Polishing Unitto meet Zero Liquid Discharge as per CPCB/BSPCB Norms for Crushing Season 2023-24 in Complete Respect: CONTRACTOR\"S SCOPE:i) One CPU Site incharge (MSc in ENVS) / Analysist will be at site.ii) one operaters each in eachshifts will be at site.SCOPE OF JOB INCLUDED:-1) Operation of CPU Like Culture Development , Aeration , Filtration & Chemical Dosing.2) Discharge Should Be As Per Norms of C.P.C.B/B.S.P.C.B,as under :-a) PH -6.5 – 8.5b) COD < 250 PPMc) BOD < 30 PPMd) TSS < 100 PPMe) TDS< 2100 PPM3) Analysis of COD and BOD in Co-Ordination with HBL Ethanol Lab , once in a week.4) Liasioning with C.P.C.B/B.S.P.C.B/NSI Officer & Offices
