Further, approximate height of canopy fascia = 950mm. Sheets to be fixed with screws, rivets, etc. in the required shape / profile on steel frame, square hollow sections.• Already used colors of ACP in GAIL Gas Ltd. are ALX 20 (lemon yellow), ALX 08 (red), ALX 01 (bright silver), and ALX 30 (emerald green).• Rate to include material, labor, scaffolding, ladder, and cost of ACM sheets, nut bolts, screw and other hardware as per the design of RVI. |
| 2 | DISMANTLING, SUPPLY & FIXING OF FLUSHING SHEET AND ROOFING SHEET• Providing, fixing, cutting, routing in required shape & size and erecting 24-gauge GI sheet of approved make at joints of roofing sheet for flushing (approx. 500-600mm) thereby directing rainwater to drain towards gutter. Sheets to be fixed with screws, rivets, etc. in the required shape / profile on steel frame, square hollow sections, canopy.• Rate to include material, labor, transportation, cost of GI sheet, nut bolts, screw, ladder, scaffolding and other hardware as per the design of canopy.• Removal of old / existing roofing sheet included in this item. |
| 3 | DISMANTLING, SUPPLY & FIXING LOGO AT CANOPY FASCIA, BUIDING FACIA & MONOLITH• Providing and fixing GAIL Gas Ltd. logo at existing canopy fascia, building fascia & monolith.Item to include ACM sheet, opal acrylic with translucent vinyl face, internally illuminated. Colors matching to GAIL Gas Ltd.’s existing RVI to be maintained.• Dimensions (h x w) of each alphabet to be used in logo at different locations shall be as follows:a) CANOPY FACIA: 20 inch x 8 inchb) BUILDING FACIA: 14 inch x 6 inchc) MONOLITH: 18 inch x 7 inch• In case any deviation in above-mentioned dimensions arises due to specific site requirement, prior approval shall be taken from the EIC before executing the job.• Further, following to be displayed at:a) CANOPY FACIA: “GAIL Gas Limited”b) BUILDING FACIA: “GAIL Gas Limited”c) MONOLITH : “CNG”• Dismantling of already installed logo at different locations is also included in this item.• This includes labor, material, scaffolding, ladder, any other hardware etc. for removal of old logo & for installation of new logo. |
| 4 | DISMANTLING, SUPPLY & FIXING - HOLLOW STEEL PIPES (Painted)• Providing & fixing of TATA / JSW Steel / SAIL / Apollo make hollow section (rectangular / square / round) heavy gauge steel pipes for 4 side canopy fascia, column cladding, building fascia, monolith fascia & monolith cladding including 2 coats of red oxide / zinc chromate pink primer & 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint.• Item to include labor, scaffolding, ladder, all necessary hardware etc. for execution of the job.• Removal of old / existing steel sections (if required) included in this item. |
| 5 | REMOVAL, SUPPLY & FIXING – Aluminum 150F coated metal sheet for false ceiling:• Providing & Fixing aluminum 150F Pre-coated metal sheet false ceiling made out of 0.5mm (TCT – Total Coated Thickness) fixed on runner in size of 35mm X 48mm with rigid suspension in size of 20X20X0.5mm fixed in position and as per the instruction of EIC• Dismantling of existing false ceiling along with cutting, bending, fixing, manpower, screws, rivets etc. including the disposal of the debris, as directed, is included in this item.• Cutouts to be made in the false ceiling for installation of LED canopy lights as directed by EIC or its representative.• Item to include labor, scaffolding, ladder, all necessary hardware etc. |
| 6 | SUPPLY AND LAYING OF 3 CORE * 1.5 Sqmm COPPER FLEXIBLE CAVBLE• Supply and laying of 3 core, 1.5 mm2, PVC sheathed, flexible, multi stranded copper conductor, FRLS cable of make Finolex / Phonix / Polycab / Unistar / Havells / KEI make. The flexible cable should confirm to latest relevant IS1554 and IS694 codes.• Cable must be laid through cable tray having proper clamping at regular intervals preferably at every 1m distance. The item shall also include removal of existing flexible cable (if any). The termination of laid cables at designated places including cable lug, connector, cross feruling etc. is also included in this item.• Test certificates confirming the above-referred specifications, furnished by the manufacturer should be submitted to GAIL Gas Limited by the contractor.• Item to include labor, scaffolding, ladder, all necessary hardware etc. required for execution of the said job. |
| 7 | DISMANTLING, SUPPLY & FIXING – RAIN WATER PVC PIPES• Providing & Fixing of PVC Pipes (100 mm dia., 20ft. length) along with bend, clamps, labour, fixing material, sealant etc. complete. Pipe to be used for fixing in roofing & ceiling for draining of rainwater above canopy. PVC pipe to be provided along canopy column & drain to be left at designated drain point for gentle drainage of rainwater. System to made waterproof such that no water should leak from the joint of pipe & canopy Roofing / Ceiling.• Each set of PVC pipe (100 mm dia., 20ft. length) shall include 4 nos. of elbow & 1 no. of FT of 100mm dia & 1 no. of perforated aluminum jaali/Net to be provided on top of the gutter pipe. The above requirement may vary as per the actual site requirements.• Removal of existing drain PVC pipes is also included in this item.• Item to include labor, scaffolding, ladder, all necessary hardware etc. required for execution of the said job. |
| 8 | DISMANTLING, SUPPLY & FIXING – ALUMINIUM GUTTER:• Dismantling of existing GI / Aluminum gutter & thereby supplying & fixing of 24-gauge Aluminum Gutter sheets for canopy rooftop along with cutting, bending, fixing, manpower, scaffolding, ladder, screws, rivets etc. complete. Gutter to be provided at the canopy roof top in such a manner that the slope of gutter must be towards the main PVC drain water pipe of canopy. |
| 9 | SUPPLY & FIXING 80W LED LIGHT:• Supply and fixing LED lights of 80 Watt of approved make. Dismantling of existing false Ceiling, and re-fixing of the same with proper alignment and as per the satisfaction of EIC. The old canopy lights will be replaced by the new LED lights. LED light should be operable in wide input voltage range from 120VAC to 270VAC. LED light shall be IP65 rated or above. LED light shall be suitable for continuous operation for long hours.• Supply of all the materials, consumables, tools and tackles, removal of old LED light and providing telescopic tilt-able ladder for carrying out the job is in the scope of the contractor.• Supplied LED lights shall have minimum 1 year of warranty & warranty certificate should be submitted to GAIL Gas Limited by the contractor at the time of installation of the same. |
| 10 | SUPPLY AND APPLICATION OF PAINT ON STEEL STRUCTURE:• The scope of work includes painting of internal steel structure of canopy after surface preparation, removal of loose paint / rust material (if any) with wire brush, emery paper, cleaning with lint free cloth including supply of all necessary paint materials, consumables, brushes, emery paper, tools, tackles, support for carrying out the cleaning & painting work as per scope, specifications & special conditions of the contract at various sites . The item includes complete cost of paint removal (wherever required), surface preparation, repainting including material (paint, primer etc.), labour, transportation etc.• Painting shall include 2 coats of red oxide / zinc chromate pink primer & 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint. |
