2Demolishing of nominal cement concrete (1:3:6) or richer mix manually or by mechanical means including disposal of materials within 50m lead as per direction of Engineer - In- Charge.
3Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete
4Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions of W.C., kitchen and the like consisting of: (i) 1ST course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 in recommended proportions including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. (ii) 2ND course of 20 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. (iii) 3RD course of applying blown or residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7 kg. per sqm of area.(iv) 4TH course of 400 micron thick PVC sheet. (Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100 mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.7 kg/sqm).
5Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) in floor.
6Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, incl pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching
7Providing and laying non skid ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300mm ( thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make, in all colours and shades except white, Ivory, Grey laid on 20mm thickCM 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand), incl grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments. etc. complete.
8Dismantling of old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster incl disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtr lead.
9Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under incl cutting the patch in proper shape, racking out joints and plastering the surface of the walls, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead etc. complete with CM 1:4( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).
10Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.
11Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer"s specification on on Old work (one or more coats) incl preparation of old surface by removing old paint by scrapping, sand papering incl necessary repairs to scratches etc complete on Walls.
12Providing and finishing with two or more coats on new work applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 Sqm with Acrylic smooth exterior paintof required shadeincluding priming coat of exterior primer applied & 2.20kg/10sqm.
13Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on Old work (one or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface, including removing of old water proofing cement paint by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.
14Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
15Providing and Painting one or more coats on old work with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.
16Half brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure in plinth level in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).
17Providing and laying 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).
18Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 with 20 mm graded stone aggregates including centering and shuttering etccomplete in drain.
19Providing and making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone aggr 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth.
20Providing and fixing fly proof wire gauge to windows, doors and ventilators with MS flat 15x3mm and nuts & bolts completeof 0.63mm dia wire and 1.4 aperture on both sides.
21Renewing glass panes with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty of Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm.

23Providing and fixing to existing door frames 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames
24Dismantling doors shutters including chowkhats, holdfasts etc complete of area3 sqm and below.
25Providing and fixing bright /matt finished Stainless Steel handles of approved quality & make with necessary screws etc all complete : 100 mm
26Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts of size : 100x10 mm with necessary screws etc. Complete.
27Providing and fixing nickel plated M.S. pipe curtain rods with nickel plated brackets of 20 mm dia (heavy type).
28Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead for thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm.
29Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

31Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).
32Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer"s specification
33Providing and laying APP modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with nonwoven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscosity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane.
34SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - II (Repair of Plumbing and Sanitary fittings) (Bldg No. P/40, P/41, P/43, P/44 & P/45)
35Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types (C.I./PVC/Vitreous China), including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 m lead.
36Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) of capacity 10 litre,White colour, with all fittings and fixtures complete.
37Providing and fixing of 15 mm nominal outer dia Pipes CPVC pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints etc complete.
38Providing and fixing 25 mm dia nominal bore G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c cutting and making good the walls etc.
39Providing and fixing of 15mm nominal bore CP brass bib cock of approved quality.
40Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) of 25 mm nominal bore.

46Providing and fixing of 100mm dia CP brass shower rose with 15 or 20mm inlet of approved quality.

48Rewiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sq.mm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface/ recessed steel conduit including dismantling as required (Group B)
49Supply and fixing stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

65Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required Upto 450 mm sweep.
66Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pippe of 2.7 metre long etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt) as required.
67Wiring for for light/power plug with 4x4sqmm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit along with 2 Nos 4sqmm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.
