Both compressors should be of equal capacity. Motor shall be suitable for 415 +/- 10% volts, 50 Hz +/- 3% , three phase AC supply with LCD display Microprocessor based Electrical control displaying system & system protection installedon existing civil foundation with civil work, MS edge protection as required for positioning. The Chiller will be installed in the basement therefore unloading & shifting of Chillers is included in the scope of work. Dismantling, removing pipe line connection and shifting of old chiller with loading unloading is in the scope of contractor without any extra cost. The chillershall be complete withfollowing AHRI certified datasheet .All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.For additional technical parameters of products/ work, refer Annexure "A" attached with P.W.D. Condenser water in : 90o F Condenser water out : 97.5o F Chilled water in : 54o F Chilled water out : 44o F FF Chiller - 0.0005 (FPS)h.ft2.ºF/Btu, FF Condensor - 0.001 (FPS) h.ft2.ºF/Btu IKW/TR: 0.65 Max. and IPLV 0.45 at above parameters(IKW/TR and IPLV to be measured at above mentioned parameters) Microprocessor based control panel complete with acessories and BMS compatible MODBUS protocol.AHRI selection sheet required for full load and part load datashall be submitted along with the BID showing selection printoutat above mentioned condition showing part load data at 100%, 75%, 50%, 25% loads at reducing condenser water temperature compliance with aplicable standards/ codes. |
