3	Erecting 60’-0” wide and 20’-0” height box gate in front of PPA Gate No.4 made out of battens, bamboos and ply covering with decorative new clothes, making a traditional 3 dimensional boita with ply wood over the gate, providing flex with approved content on both sides of the gate on the vertical pillars, decorating the boitra with design arts by painting as per requirements and dismantling the same, cleaning the area after completion of function etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.
4	Erecting 25’-0” x 15’-0” height welcome box gate at the Wet Basin entrance made out of bamboos, bottoms plys etc, covering the total structures with new decorative clothes as per the requirement, covering the gate with flex boards with approved content with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, dismantling the gate, taking away all materials outside port premises, cleaning and sweeping the area etc. all complete excluding GST and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
5	Erecting entrance gates of 15’-0” wide x 10’-0” height one for the general public and other for VIPs at the Wet Basin proper with battens and plys covering the same with flex of approved contents on both side of the gate etc all complete, dismantling the gates, cleaning the area, taking away all materials outside the port area after completion of the function excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge.
6	Erecting Box Gates of 14-0” wide x 10’-0” height in front of main gate of Administrative Building with flex covering on both sides with approved contents using battens and plys covering etc all complete, dismantling the gates, cleaning the area, taking away all materials outside the port area after completion of the function excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge.

13	Providing flower deccoration work over walling portion in Wet Basin area with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, transportation charges etc. all complete excluding GST and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
14	Bamboo Barricading work:
15	Erecting bamboo barricade of 4 feet height by using the horizontal bamboos, providing vertical bamboos @ 10ft centre to centre, fixing the same with heavy concrete blocks for a strong barricade to control the heavy crowd along the walk ways, in and around the auditorium, covering the bamboos with white cloth with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, dismantling the same and taking away all materials outside the port area after completion of the function etc. complete excluding GST and as per the direction of engineer in charge.
16	Providing flower decoration works in Bamboo barricade portion with supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete excluding GST and as per the direction of engineer in charge.
17	Erecting posts with coloured flags of size 1m x 0.5m in front of Gate No.4 and providing watch & care of the posts including labour, T&P etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge. The pipes in which the flags are to be erected shall be provided by E&CM Division on returnable basis.
18	Erecting and making a trapezoidal meeting pendal at Wet Basin platform for VVIPs of front length 30’-0”, back length 26’-0”, 20’-0” wide and 20’-0” height at 5’-0” above the Wet Basin level including providing attached toilet, providing all materials such as wooden cuts, planks, plys, new ceiling / walling clothes, carpets, steps, providing entranceand exit opening at the pendal, podium, VIP tables, covering the total stage with tarpaulin, providing the inside and outside surface with new clothes of approved colour and all other materials required and dismantling the same, taking away all materials used in meeting pendal to outside the port premises, cleaning the area after completion of the function, all transportation, all taxes, Port entry fees, etc complete excluding GST and as per the direction of Engineer in charge. (Toilet fittings shall be installed by PPA including water connection)
19	Supplying all materials, labour, T & P etc.for making an auditorium of 15’-0” height to accommodate around 1500 spectators with supply of good quality cloth ceiling, providing thermo cool decorative items, coloured balloons, fixing pipili appliqués, making 2’-0” high borders all round, fixing coloured flags at all supports, etc, and dismantling the same, taking away all materials used in Hall to outside the port premises, cleaning the area after completion of the function, all transportation, Port entry fees etc complete excluding GST and as per the direction of engineer in charge.
20	Decorating the Puja Mandap with cloth covering made over battens and plys, fixing decorative articles to provide a temple shape with supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc, all complete and dismantling the structure after completion of function gates, cleaning the area, taking away materials outside port area after completion of the function, all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
21	Providing Music System for the function with supply of Microphones, Sound Boxes, CD player, Cordless Microphones, other Electronic Equipments, arrangements of light during night working for 7 days prior to the actual function, video shooting at the function area providing electrical points at stage, toilet and handing over 1 set of CD in complete shape, covering the total videography of the function, providing ballon gate at Boitra entrance point, ballon decoration at Cloth wallings, pendal, Auditorium etc. all complete excluding GST and as per the direction of engineer in charge.
22	Providing Flex Display Board for covering the top of the VVIP Stage using Bamboo stand and required frame work using battens with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, Port entry fees, dismantling the gates, cleaning the area, taking away all materials outside the Port area after completion of the function excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge.
