Cleaning Of 03 Nos Oht And 05 Nos Underground Sump, Distempering And Repairing Work At Gc-I, Crpf, Ajmer, Rajasthan.; 1 Cleaning Of Under Ground Sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank ( Independentstaging ) Including Disposal Of Slit And Rubbish, All As Per Direction Ofengineer-In-Charge. The Cleaning Shall Consist Following Operations:- ( I ) Tank Shall Be Emptied Of Water By Pumping & Bottom Shall Be Cleanedof Silt And Other Deposits. ( Ii ) Entire Surface Area Of The Sump Shall Thenscrubbed Thoroughly With Wire Brush Etc. And Pressure Washed Withwater. ( Iii ) Chlorination Of Rcc Internal Surface By Liquid Chlorine. ( Iv ) The Treated Surface Shall Be Dried Using Air Jetting And All Loose Particlesshall Be Removal From The Surface. ( V ) Finally The Surface Shall Betreated With Ultraviolet Radiation Etc. As Per Direction Of Engineer-In-Charge. 2 Providing And Fixing Double Scaffolding System ( Cup Lock Type ) On Theexterior Side Of Building / Structure, Upto 25 Metre Height, Above Groundlevel, Including Additional Rows Of Scaffolding In Stepped Manner As Perrequirement Of Site, Made With 40Mm Dia M.S. Tube, Placed 1.5 Metrecentre To Centre, Horizontal & Vertical Tubes Joint With Cup & Locksystem With M.S. Tubes, M.S. Tube Challis, M.S. Clamps And Staircasesystem In The Scaffolding For Working Platform Etc. And Maintaining It Ina Serviceable Condition For Execution Of Work Of Cleaning And / Orpointing And / Or Applying Chemical And Removing It Thereafter. Thescaffolding System Shall Be Stiffened With Bracings, Runners, Connectingwith The Building Etc, Wherever Required, If Feasible, For Inspection Ofwork At Required Locations With Essential Safety Features For Theworkmen Etc., Complete As Per Directions And Approval Of Engineer-Incharge. 3 Removing Dry Or Oil Bound Distemper, Water Proofing Cement Paint Andthe Like By Scrapping, Sand Papering And Preparing The Surface Smoothincluding Necessary Repairs To Scratches Etc.
