The Descalent Should Not Be Caustic Soda.4. The Descalent Should Soften The Scale Deposited In The Evaporator Tubes, While Boiled Along With Caustic Soda.5. The Tenderer Should Have Supplied The Same Type Of Powder Form Descalent Atleast To Two Sugar Mills And Valid Purchase Order Copies Should Be Attached In The Tender.
