    Tender For Water Proofing Of Factory Shed In Kerala Lakshmimills, Thrissur -1. Gutter cleaning work Cleaning of the AC roof gutter, debris and also waste removal from existing gutters for all department. (No. Of gutters 14 nos.) (Preparatory and winding dept length 90 mtr- 9 Nos Spinning dept length 120 mtr -- 5 Nos. , Width 1.30 mtr All Gutters sectionwidth = 0.91 mts.) 2. Rain water leakage arresting in gutters Removing and cleaning of the existing plaster from gutters and Provide and applying primary coating and polyurethane based water prooffing 2 coates to leakage area in the gutters, joints & bolt nuts’ cracks etc.Including materials and labour charges as per list enclosed. 3. Cleaning and applying polyrethane to the 6 inches cement pipe in all department with rain water leakage area and also down pipes including materials and labour charges4. Laying of roofing Galvanized sheets (0.45mm) and fabrication of suitable fitting (ie truss angle and purlin) without rain water leakage. Including materials and labour charges for our HT Transformer No;2 area. 5. Arresting of RCC roof rain water leakage in Our power House and other department by using water proffing material &Labour charges. 6. Removing and laying work For removing of 6” cement pipe and Laying new 6” PVC pipe in rain water leakage area. Laying of the PVC pipe proper clamping. Only Labour charges. 7. Laying of Tar sheet for rain water leakages area and without rain water leakages and as per list enclosed. Only Labour charges.
