| 1 | Repairs to 20 HP centrifugal monoblock pump installed at AC plant of GMCH, Jammu by way of dismantling the monoblock pump after disconnecting its electrical supply and closing the butterfly valves, shifting of same to the workshop. Detaching of motor assembly from the pump then complete rewinding of the motor with proper copper conductor, repairs to the shaft by way of depositing the material on the shaft by welding then turning & grinding on the lathe machine in order to make it to the required size. The job includes providing and fitting of mechanical seals & bearings in place of damaged ones, re-assembling of the pump & motor. Shifting the same back to site, fitting into the slot, making of its electrical connections. Testing of pump on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, warranty, labor charges, to and fro carriage, taxes etc. |
| 2 | Repairs to control panels installed at central air conditioning plants of GMCH by way of by way of disconnecting the electrical connections and replacement of damaged/burnt internal wiring, contactors, voltmeters, ammeters, relays, single phase preventer, connectors, MCCB with new ones as per requirement at site of condenser monoblock pumps of 20hp capacity, evaporator monoblock pumps of 20hp capacity and cooling towers. Job aloso includes replacement of HRC fuses with new 63amps TP MCB, making electric connections and testing of condenser pumps, evaporator pumps, cooling towers & chiller plants on no load and full load. Complete job includes cost of material, warranty, labour, to and fro charges, and taxes etc. |

Job includes providing & fitting of 1400mm ceiling fan-02Nos of reputed make with electric connections to dissipate heat from the control panels. Job also includes replacement of burnt/damaged thimbles of 240Sqmm cables from control panel of Blue Star make chiller plant of 115TR capacity by way of cutting of burnt wire & cleaning of MCCB terminals with CRC cleaner. Job includes aluminum thimbling of the cable with the help of crimping tool & proper insulation. Proper Laying & clamping of the cables on the overhead iron cable tray. Making of electrical connections and testing on no load and full load. The job includes the cost of the material, labour charges, warranty and all sorts of taxes. |
