| 35 | Attending breakdown(except periodical maintenace) by skilled Ref Mechanic from OEM/authorised dealer for any type AC plant/cold store of capacity 5 TR to 37.5 TR, diagonising the fault, repair/replacement of unserviceable parts including carrying out minor repairs such as changing of small pieces of wires, tightening of loosen electric connections ,nuts, bolts screws, or switches, disconnecting andrefixing of LT cables etc as required to make the system functional in any time by deploying sufficient technician alongwith with helper incl necessay T & P complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Replacement of major items shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.b) Number of complaints may vary day to day and shall be on required basis. Contractor shall quote their rates accordingly. (c) Breakdown comlplaintsshall be collectedfrom complaint cell or by telephonically from duty staff / JE E/M / Engr-in-Charge.(d) In case of failure on the part of contractor for attending any breakdown within 4 hours a penalty shall be imposed @ Rs.2000/- per complaints per day and recovered from his dues. |
