Work Of Installation And Capacity Increase Of Additional Power Transformers Of Different Capacities Under Edd-Karwi Chitrakoot- 1 The work of increasing capacity of Power Transformer from 05 MVA to 10 MVA installed at 33/11 KV S/S Obri Sub-station and 02 Nos Additional 05 MVA installetion at 33/11 KV S/S Mau & Ganiva Sub-statio under BUSINESS PLAN SCHEME 2023-24 under EDD, Rajapur, including carriage of all required material/Transformers from ESC/Workshop Chitrakoot to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old T/Fs from site to store centre/workshop, if any. Material like cable box, hoisting clamps of appropriate size is to be arranged by contractor on his own cost, details of the work as given below ;- 2 Safe removal of following capacity old transformer from existing plinth as new transformer will be replaced by store and after installation reconnecting transformer to circuit - 3 Installation of 10 MVA Power Transformer 4 Fixing of 33 KV Indoor/Outdoor type cable jointing kit of size 3x300 sq.mm. with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost). 5 Repairing of plinth for 10 MVA Power Transformer as per site condition. The contractor shall be responsible to complete the work as per direction of Supervising Engineer. 6 Making two body earthing and one neutral earthing for transformers as per standard RESSPO norms. 7 Delta Earthing. 8 Boring type earthing upto water level (90 Mtr.). 9 Repairing cable trench from switchgear to transformer and upto 33 KV breacker. 10 Replacement of OTI, WTI relay cable connections, if required. 11 4 Core 2.5 Sq.mm. 12 2 Core 2.5 Sq.mm. 13 Carriage of all the concerning material from store centre to the site of work including loading, unloading and proper satcking at site etc. 14 33 KV Line isolator 15 33 KV Bus isolator 16 33 KV Post insulator 17 33 KV Lightenning Arrestor 18 Plinth of 33/11 Kv T/Fs Suitable for 2 no. 5MVAConstruction of Plinth of size 2x2x1.5 Mtr for 5 MVA T/f. The work includes Excavation of foundation, Base concreting in C.C. 1:6:12 ratio ( cement,fine sand and Brick ballast) 1ST Class bricks work in cement mortar of ratio 1:4 foundation, C.C. in 1:4:8 ratio( cement, fine sand and brick ballast) and RCC working ratio 1:2:4 ( cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge) using MS Bars of 10 mm Dia (Tor) in reinforcement including its cutting, bending and binding in required shape. The work also includes laying of 2 Nos. 3.46 mts long each rail pieces complete with cutting, welding and proper fitting etc. The plinth will be made as per Drawing and shall be plastered/ finished on Top and Side of the plinth. 19 Fabrication, Erection & Grouting of Sub station structure(a) Terminal GantryDigging two No. pits of size 2.2 Mtrx 1.4Mtrx0.75 Mtr providing stone pad at the bottom of trench and grouting of the two legs of the Terminal Gantry in CC ( cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge) in the ratio 1:3:6 including supply of all T&P shuttering etc. In a block of size 2.2mtx 1.4 mtx0.75 mt. The work consist of dragging , shifting up to 40 mtr raising and erecting the Two pre fabricated legs of terminal gantry in proper alignment, level and plumb. Both the plinth of the Terminal Gantry shall be properly finished with champering of edges. The work includes fabrication of terminal gantry 8.23Mtrlong as per RESSPO Manual (All Material supplied by Contractor on his own cost). 20 (b)Bus Bar GantryDigging of 2 Nos Pits of size 2.2mt x1.4mt x 0.75Mtr providing stone pad at the bottom of the trench and grouting of the two legs of the Bus Bar Gantry in CC ( cement, Coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge) in the ratio 1:3:6 including supply of all T&P shuttering etc. in a block of size 2.2 mtx1.4 mtx0.75 mt. The work consists of dragging , shifting up to 40 mtr raising and erecting the two pre fabricated legs of Bus Gantry in proper allingment level and plumb. Both the plinths of the termainal gantry shall be properly finished with champeringof edges. The work includes fabrication of Bus Bar Gantry 6.23 MtrLong as per RESPO Manual (bus structure MS steel will be supplied by Contractor on his own cost). 21 (c) Bus Isolator/Line Isolator StructureFabrication of isolator structures 3.5mtr in height as per drawing No. RES 39 Digging of two Nos. Pits of size 1.075 x 0.9 x0.3 Mtr providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the isolator structure in CC ( cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge) of ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075 mtX 0.3 Mtr including supply of all T&P complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, Shifting upto 40 Mtr. Raising and erecting the two legs with runner of isolator in proper allingment level and plumb. Both plinths of the Isolator structure shall be properly finished with champering of edges. (structure MS steel will be supplied by Contractor on is own cost). 22 (D)LighteningArrestor StructureFabrication of Lightening Arrestor per drawing No. RES 39 Digging of two Nos. Pits of size 1.075 x 0.3 x0.3 Mtr providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the above structure in CC ( cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge) of ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075 Mtr X 0.3 Mtr x 0.3 Mtr including supply of all T&P complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, Shifting upto 40 Mtr. Raising and erecting the two legs with Top frame above structures in properallingment level and plumb. Both plinths of the structure shall be properly finished with champering of edges etc.(Lightening Arrestor structure MS steel will be supplied by Contractor on is own cost). 23 (E)Post Insulator/C.T.StructureFabrication of Post Insulator per drawing No. RES 39 Digging of two Nos. Pits of size 1.075 x 0.3 x0.3 Mtr providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the above structure in CC ( cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge) of ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075 Mtr X 0.3 Mtr x 0.3 Mtr including supply of all T&P complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, Shifting upto 40 Mtr. Raising and erecting the two legs with Top frame above structures in properallingment level and plumb. Both plinths of the structure shall be properly finished with champering of edges etc. (Post insulator structure steel will be supplied by Contractor on is own cost). 24 Fabrication and grouting of M.S. channel 100x50x6 mm in L shape & in proper size and allignment to provide support for the two separate earthing strips for power transformer neutral including supply & fixing of two Nos. Flexible Copper bonds for neutral earthing. 25 Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of M.S. Strip 65x65x6 mm, 3.0 Mtr long joined to each other by means of 5 Nos M.S. Flat 50x6 mm pieces of size 150 mm long each by welding at equal intervals as per drawing and grouting in a block of size300x300x700 mm complete with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of Al. paint. This includes providing of four Nos. M.S.clamp made of M.S. flat for holding the cable including nuts and Bolts and fixing of XLPE cable. 26 Special Earthing by way of boring and lowering of B class G.I. pipe 50 mm Dia 20mtr longfrom ground upto the water level andit will be connected to the G.S. strip for transformer neutral connection. The earth strip will be welded to the G.I. Pipe. The work also includes Cap & Clamps for pouring water, the cost of all material with all labour & T&P etc. Complete in all respect. 27 Lightening- Arrestor 28 Neutral of T/F 29 P.T. of Incoming S/G 30 33 KV C.T. 200/100/1-1A 31 Earth filling in the Switchyard of size 20x25 mtr including cost of earth handling and cartage upto Switcyard from outsidewith its unloading and laying in the yard, Leveling, Watering and Ramming till its Compactness 32 Installation of IsolatorsAssembling and installation of line/Bus isolator on the Isolator structure , adjusting of opening mechanism in proper alignment so as to ensured smooth operation of the same. In case of line Isolator proper operation of earth links shall also be ensured. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required. 33 Installation of Lightening ArrestorsAssembling and installation/ mounting of three Nos.Lightening Arrestors on the L.A. structure/ complete with making earth connection ( Separate ) and line connections. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required. 34 Installation of CTs Installation of 3 Nos CTs of ratio 200/100/1Aon the CTs structure. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required. 35 33 kv VCB with double T/F control pannel and CT 200/100/1A with structure :-(1) 33 kv VCB(II) Control pannel I/C for 33 kv double T/F(III) CT 200/100/1A(IV) Steel structureAnd Installation of 33 Kv VCB, 800 Amp capacitycomplete in all respect including commissioning (Steel structure provide by Contractor on his own cost) 36 33KV Bus Bar & Stringing.Stringing of 33Kv Bus Bar by using and laying of ACSR Dog Conductor including fixing of Disc Insulator. Strings and tension fitting complete with sagging of Bus Bar etc. and making Vertical/Horizontal jumperconnection through PG clamps and connecting all the equipments with each other through connecting clamps. 37 Painting of StructurePainting of following structure with one coat of ready mixed primer and 2 coats of AL.Paint of good quality including cost of material, Labour and T&P complete in all respect. 38 Bus Gantry ( Complete set ) 39 Terminal Gantry 40 Bus/Line Isolator Structure 41 Lightening Arrestor 42 CT structure 43 Cable Stand 44 Neutral Strand 45 Laying ofDouble Circuit 11 KV 3X300 sq. mm/3X185 sq. mm XLPE cable 46 In Normal soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 750 mm wide including supply of required material as fine a sand, Ist class bricks, Inter axial spacing between the two cable should be ing between 0.25 m to 0.40m , the two cables should be separated by a partiton of singhle bricks (All the material will be supplied by the contractor except 11 KV XLPE cable) 47 High Pressure testing with D.C. Test Voltage to which cable shall able to be stand for duration of 5 minutes after completion of laying, joints & termination up to 60 kv (Testing equipment will be arranged by the contractor) 48 Hoisting of 33 KV Cable on existing/erected support with provision of MS Pipe 150 mm dia 3 mtr long suitable for 3x185 sq mm cable fixing of proper support and its clamping, jumpering properly as per RESSPO Norms. (All material will be supplied by the contractor). 49 Installation of Heat Shrinkable Type cable jointing kits O/D end Termination suitable for 33 KV XLPE cable confirming to IS ESI-09-13-IS-13573 of 1992 amendment I&II VDE-0278 of latest version there of if any. (Jointing Kit supplied by Contractor) 50 Commissioning of 5 MVA T/F and its equipments installed in switchyard and 11 KV Incoming and Outgoing Pannels complete in all respect upto energising.
