    Supply Of ( Sr Ph Code 332120 ) Extraction Kit For Purification Of Nucleic Acid From Biological Specimen Including Whole Blood, Plasma , Naso& Oropharyngeal Swabs In Vtm ( Viral Transport Medium ) And Other Body Fluids . 2. The Extraction Kit Should Be Able To Purify Nucleic Acids From A Broad Range Of Dna And Rna Virus As Well As Bacterial Dna From Gram-Negative And Gram Positive Bacteria. 3. Extraction Cartridges And Other Reagents Required For Extraction Should Be Compatible With The Equipment Polymerized Chain Reaction Extraction System Qiasymphony Sp On Automation Mode. 4. Qiasymphony Sp Work On Magnetic Particle Technology, Hence The Extraction Kit Should Be Comprising Of Reagent Cartridges With Magnetic ??A?A? Particles, Lysis Buffer With Appropriate Enzymes And Wash Or Elute Buffer ( Buffer Ave ) . Besides This It Should Include Carrier Rna And Diluent Buffer Separately For Diluting Carrier Rna. 5. The Cartridges Should Be With Piercing Lid And Kit Should Include Reuse Seal Set For Reclosing Reagent Cartridges For Later Reuse. 6. Purified Nucleic Acid Extract Should Be Ready To Use For Further Amplification Process In Qiagen Rotor Gene Q. 7. The Extraction Kit Should Have Capacity To Extract 192 Extractions 8. Application Specialist Support Is Mandatory And Also Should Provide Hand Book For Ready Reference. 9. The Remaining Shelf Life Of The Item Should Be A Minimum Of 12 Months From The Date Of Supply 10.
