Providing & laying brick concrete in 50 % combination mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime: 1 Surkhi : 1 C. sand) with brick aggregate 20 to 30 mm nominal size in footings and bases including curingcomplete (including GST).

Providing and laying of 40 mm averagethick sand stone/ slate stone flooring of particular size and shape to match with existing pattern in lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime: 1 Surkhi: 1 C. sand) and curing complete as per original (including GST).

Providing & applying recessed pointing over the surface after racking out the excess mortar in combination mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime: 1 Surkhi: 1 Fine Sand) including curing complete) (including GST).

Removal of dead, damaged cement plaster from the platform/retaining walls of the temple with the help of sharp-edged scrappers and disposal of rubbish (including GST).

Providing and applying 25mm average thick lime surkhi plaster in two coats (12mmx13mm) in combination mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime: 1 Surkhi: 1 F. Sand) including curing complete (including GST).

Provision for removal of malba like rubbish, unserviceable materials & dismantled wastes collected during the execution of work from the working site to the approved dumping ground by the mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved dumping ground complete (including GST).
