Fabrication/Making and Fixing of Coupling protector and other accessories at aeration unit at 16 MGD STP Okhla. Arrangement of all required safety equipment’s (i.e. safety belts, folding ladders, safety helmets, safety shoes etc.) for the safety of manpower during execution of work. The work is to be carried out in 20 feet deep tank. Dismantling & removing of the gear box from its foundation after removing the induction motor from it.

Fabricated coupling protector as per sample in terms of shape, size, machining and metallurgy i.e. cast iron in terms of existing shape and size complete in all respect including machining job as required.

Input coupling with locking plate, fabricated by M.S as per sample in terms of existing shape and size complete in all respect including machining job as required.

Providing of M.S. nuts & Bolts of different sizes.

Re-fixing above Input coupling and coupling protector on the reduction Gear box after resembling the all above parts and alignment with motor, fixing of oil seal, filling of oil.
