    Tender For Supply Of Articles Name of item Blood Collection Tubes (CPDA) 50,000 Us 1. Size: 13mmx100 mm 2. Volume 6ml draw 3. Should contain Citrate Phosphate Dextrose Adenine (CPDA) as anticoagulant and with Yellow Top. 4. Blood drew level mark at 6 ml. 5 Single hand operation for tube capping and de-capping 6 BIS/US FDA/ICMED or European CE Certificate 7. Batch-wise sterility. Non- pyrogenicity/ Non-toxicity certificate 8. Adequate combustion date to prove that it is safe for the environment upon incineration 9. Proof of supply to at least three Govt. Institutes/Hospitals. 10. Expiry should be minimum of 12 months. Sample: The firm is required that 100 samples of each type of tube must be provided along with quotation, otherwise quotation will not be considered.
