Repairs / Replacement Of Items / Parts To The Various Capacities Of Circulation Pump And Feed Pump Motors Of Boiler House Along With Allied Works At Govt. Bone And Joint Hospital Srinagar.- 1 Complete rewinding to the 7.5 H.P Feed pump motor of 6lacKcal/hr Hot water Generator Boiler along with allied works at Govt Bone&Joint Hospital Srinagar by way of replacing damaged copper wiring of suitable gauge copper wiring as per existing pitch. The job includes providing & fitting of lathoroid sheets, bamboo sticks, varnishing compound and other consumable items required for carrying out such job. The job also includes disconnecting of the motor-pump assemblyfrom the Boiler Casingandshifting it to the workshop by mechanical transport for rewinding and after carrying the necessary repairs shifting it back to the site and installing the same.The job includes providing and fixing of bearings (6305& 6308) of SKF make in place of damaged ones after remetaling and finishing the bearing housing assemblies and Providing and fitting of sleeve to the same. The Job also includes providing and fixing of Gun Metal Bush in place of damaged one .The job also includes checking the performance of the same on full and idle load. (The firm has to quote less by scrap value of the damaged copper wiring) 2 Providing and Fitting ofMechanical Seal to the Feed pump of 7.5HP motor in place of old damaged ones. 3 Dismounting of monoblock Pump 15 hp,3 phasemotor driven hot water feed pump from the base frame and shifting the same to the workshop.The Job includes complete servicing (Washing with petrol to remove the grease /oil) ,Greasing ,varnishing ,impregnation with superior quality of (thin) varnish for improvement of the electrical insulation . The job included providing and fitting of sundry items like glandpacking, grease, gaskets, nuts/bolts etc. The job further included shifting of pumps to the sitefor installation and testing on load after realignment of the pump with motorand checking its performance on idle and full load . 4 Providing & fixing of cast iron impeller housing sleeve 5 Providing & fittingof gun metal glands alongwith studs 6 Providing & fitting of gun metal cooling rings 7 Shaft turning, remetaling & finishing 8 Providing & fittingof following capacity bearings ofSKF make 9 Providing & fittingof following capacity bearings ofSKF make6308 10 Providing & fittingof following capacity bearings ofSKF make6306 11 Complete servicing and overhauling of Gear Oil Pump (2x2) of capacity 5 H.P(Washing with petrol to remove the grease /oil) ,Greasing ,varnishing ,impregnation with superior quality of (thin) varnish for improvement of the electrical insulation . The job included providing and fitting of sundry items like glandpacking, grease, gaskets, nuts/bolts etc. The Job also includes providing and fitting of check valve (2x2) in place of damaged one .The job further included shifting of pumps to the sitefor installation and testing on load after realignment of the pump with motorand checking its performance on idle and full load .
