4	Providing and laying of 16 mm thick graniteinchajja & sides of window"s at 7th floor Shakti Bhawan (Hq) Building of approved shade, colour,size and pattern , laid over base cement mortar 1:4 mix including finishing the joints with white cementmixed with pigment to match the shade of granite floor including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of the work, as per direction of Engineer incharge.
5	Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly bila putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.
6	Painting one coat with APEX or equivalent brand weather coat paint at 7"th floor chajja/bolcony on Previously Painted surfaces (well prepared with Birla putty and one coat of primer ICI or equivalent which shall be paid separately) including through washing with water including cost of repair of surface , all materials, jhula, labour, T&P required for proper completion of work.
7	Same as in item no 06 above but for every coat of additional APEX or equivalent brand weather coat paint .
8	Painting one coat with Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint (Paint and water in the ratio 1:1 by volume) on old Surface surface of cement concrete, cement plaster and bricks including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, (preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra) .
9	Same as above in item no. 08 but for every coat after first coat of Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint.
10	Dismantling Tile on chajja/floorincluding stacking of dismantledmaterials as directed by the Engineer In-charge within a distanceof 60 metres.
11	Dismantling doors or windowincluding stacking ofmaterials as directed by the Engineer I/C within a dist. 60 M.
12	Scrapping old white or colour wash or distemper including disposal of refuseas directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M.
13	Supply of Labour For Sifting Furniture, Scrap Dismentaling & Rearranging of Furniture etc work
14	Disposal of rubbish / debris out side the UPPCL area as per direction of Er/in- charge including cartage, labour and materials, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (No. deduction for voids shall be made).
15	Providing & Fixing of fully AnodizedPowder coatedaluminium Fixed /Partially Openable glazing Window with HINDALCO or equivalent extruded standard sections 2.00mm thick((Framing-63mmx38mmx2m) (Shutter-83mmx45mmx2mm)) of various cross sections and joints mitred and jointedincluding providing & fixing 24 mm DGU Glass (6 mm two no. clear toughened glass +12 mm space filled with argon gas)(6mm+12mm+6mm) with Neoprene beading & aluminium glazing clips all around so that approxmately70 % sound proofing of the room can be achived.
