7Material and labour for plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fare face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
8Material and labour for rendering/plastering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on any face of ceiling, finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
9Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces or stone masonry, parapets, chajjas, shafts including finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
10Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, in any description including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick for re use and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
11Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
12Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, hard standing, plinth protection/path etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced, existing plinth floor, hard standing etc ) of any description and in any position including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
13Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foot path, flooring, ramp, hard standing, paving/path etc., in alternate panels, size as directed and surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement including necessary form workcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
14Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any discription and in any position, like roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas, fins, facia and similar suspended works, including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and prepare the surface to casting chajja, slabs, fins, facia etc and including removing rubbish material from site and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
15Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) (nominal mix) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in chajjas etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.
16Form work tochullah hoods, chajjas, trough and similar items including edgesrough finished flat surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
17Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars6 mm to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)
18Supply and fixing in replacement drapery curtain rod 19/20mm dia, fabricated out of mild steel pipe with PVC coating (ABS), wall thickness of pipe not less than 20 guage, including fancy type brackets and pair of decorated end knobs (finials), stop roller etc, fixed to wall for doors and windows cuttings as required and fixing at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
19Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down with using broom/sand papering or by any other mean, washing down with water and applying twocoats of cement base paint (one coat as as priming coat) as per approved tint/colour byusing paint brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
20Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down with using broom/sand papering or by any other means, and preparing the surfaces smooth by applying chalk whiting to make the surface even and smooth upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, and after preparing the surfaces applying two coats ofoil emulsion distemper (washable), as approved tint/colour by using paint roller brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
21Material and labour for preparing newly plastered or concrete surface of ceiling by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge

23Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in skirting, dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile includingnecessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:4) including making good excess taking down plaster area (above skirting tile ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
24Demolition stone/marble slabs of any description or thickness as in floors/ cooking platform/steps etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including removing rubbish material from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
25Material and labour for machine cut 18 to 22 mm thick, Kota stone slab (size of slab not less than 550x550mm) as in flooring, laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing /grinding (mirror finish) andpolishing by machine, including machine cutting to make it square or rectangular as per site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
26Material and labour for machine cut 18 to 22mm thick, Kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and on pillar, laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing /grinding (mirror finish ) and polishing by machine, including machine cutting to make it square or rectangularcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
27Material and labour 18-20mm thick machine cut, granite duly factory grinding and polished (table rubbed and polished) of approved colour for counter sunk wash basin, plateform/cooking plateform or as directed, including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) (grey cement slurry) including pointing in white cement(1:2)using marble dust with admiture of pigmentto matchwith shade of granite stone slab including cutting as required including cleaning and extra polishing if required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
28Cutting holes in brick wall built in cement mortar incl making good dismantled portion in CM (1:3) cement concrete Type B-1 exc half brick but nexc one brick complete all as specified
29M&L marble work 18-20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking plateforms and like in cment mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade makrana white/green marble complete all as specified and directed.
30Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment (any layers of existing treatment ) from walls/pillars/cornices by scraping down with using steel patti wire/brush/sand papering or mechanical sander machine (including provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, remove/scraping down all loose particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts etc. brooming all dust and washing down and preparing the surfaces smooth and after that applying average 3mm thick layer (1.5mm thick each in two layer application) of white cement based putty(wall care putty, make Birla JK or equivalent as approved by Engineer-in-charge), after applying putty first and second coat sanding the surface as per requirement by using mechanical sander machine to make the surface even and smooth upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and after prepare the surface smooth applying two coats of oil bound distemper (washable) as per approved tint/colour by using paint brush or roller brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : - Each stage i.e after complete removal and before applying OBD as specified above, the surface shall be passed in writing by the Enigineer-in-charge.
31Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment (any layers of existing treatment ) from walls/pillars/cornices by scraping down with using steel patti and mechanical sander machine (including provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, brooming and washing down with water including applying white cement based putty where required for filling to depressions to make the surface even and smooth by using sander machine (with provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, and after that applying two coats of cement base paint as per approved tint/colour with using paint brush/roller brush, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : - Complete removal /scraping to old existing treatment as directed by Engineer-in-charge, each stage i.e after complete removal and before applying CBP as specified above, the surface shall be passed in writing by the Enigineer-in-charge in site order book.
32Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting/Asbestes sheet, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coveringscomplete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
33Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, hard standing, plinth protection/path etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced, existing plinth floor, hard standing etc ) of any description and in any position including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
34Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
35Supply only fine sand without silt (Fazilka/Zera or any other approved sources)for filling under interlocking tiles and the interstices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
36Supply and fixing 60 mm thick (M35 grade) coloured, precast interlocking tile/paving block factory casted (made by using PVC paver mould / Rubber paver moulds on Vibrating Table Machine) using grey cement and no pigment, shape haxagon / trigular / zigzag / I-shaped etc, as directed, prepolished & preglazed, specification as per relevant IS, having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/ Sqcm, laid over sand upto required thick layer and filling the interstices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : - (i) Sand for filling shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only but labour for spreding leveling shall be included in the unit rate of this item)
37Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as incoping/packing around chequered tiles/interlocking tiles& similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
38Supply & fixing 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick chequered cement concrete tiles as in floor/path, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
39Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in louvers and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid) including all moulding but excluding frame set in cement mortar 1:4,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
40Supply and fixing anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size of grid 605 x605mm for false ceiling including necessary notching and prepared holes, the snap grid shall consist of anodised aluminium main tee of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.24 Kg/RM, cross and Intermediate tee of size 23.5mm x 26.4mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.191 Kg/RM. The main and cross tee shall be jointed at junction with steel screws or MS bolts, nuts and washers, the snap grid (main / cross tee sections) shall be supported at ends all along the wall with anodised aluminium angle of size 35mm x25mmx 2mm weighing 0.36 Kg/RM fixed to wall with suitable arrangement and duly suspended with 4mm GI wire hangers (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long including providing 12mm thick gypsum board in grid fixed in false ceiling grid made of aluminium as per above specifications complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
41Dismantling wall & ceiling boards and PVC wall lining (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets fixed in any position with nails fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
42Supply and fixed hollow PVC lining consisting 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
