Tender For Addition Alteration At Ggsip University, Dwarka Campus, New Delhi. Sh: Supply And Installation Of Furniture In Classrooms-- 1 Providing amd placing of Student Desk Cum Bench of overall size1100 x 1100 x 707mm. All panels are made from 18mm thk Pre-laminated twin board (E1/P2 GRADE) with Polypropylene injection moulded edges .on all sides.The panels have corners rounded for safety usage.Understructure. All side metal frames and cross connectors are made from combination of 25.4 x1.2 mm thk(approx. 18 SWG) Round ERW tubes ,31.8 x 1.2 mm thk(approx. 18 SWG) Round ERW tubes and 28.6 x 1.2 mm thk(approx. 18 SWG) Round ERW tubes(As per IS:7138) which are Welded together. The Welded structures and cross connectors are coated with min. 45 micron thickness of epoxy polyester coating. Back supports which are provided at the rear back are made of 50.8 x 25.4 x 1.2 mm thk(approx. 18 SWG) rectangular ERW tubes(As per IS:7138).The tubes are coated with min. 45 micron Thickness of epoxy polyester coating. The storage shelves are made from 0.6 mm thk MS sheet (As per IS:513) fixed below the desk top panel and are coated with min. 45 micron thickness of epoxy polyester coating. Hooks are provided on the vertical side frames on both sides of the desk for hanging Bags/bottles. They are made from 2 mm thk MS sheet (As per IS: 513) and are coated with min. 45 micron thickness of epoxy polyester coating. The under structure is assembled using M6 trilobular screws (As per DIN 7500) with Zn blue Plating (As per IS 1573:1986). Pre - Laminated seat and back panels are assembled using M6 Countersunk trilobular Screws (As per DIN 7500) with Zn black plating (As per IS 1573:1986). Spacers are provided on the top of round tubes for wooden panels fixing. They are made of PP Glass filled (30%). Plastic Caps made of PP copolymer (3530 Grade) are also provided on the rear frames adding more aesthetic value to the product. M6 high tensile TVS make bolt(Class 8.8) with glasss filled nylon level adjustors are provided at the bottom of under structure to take care of unevenness in floor with height adjustment of approx 15mm.The company certificates ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 ,BIFMA standards,complete as per approved sample and as per the direction of Engineer-Incharge. 2 Providing and placing in position Factory made Lecturer Table of approved make(as per finally approved sample by department) of following dimensions with the following specifications. Main Table 1500 Width mm x 600 Depth mm x 740 Height mm. Main Table top shall be 25 mm thick Pre-laminated particle board laminate and 1 mm thick backing laminate (bdl) .Flat edge Duly sealed with 2 mm thick PVC beading. The modesty shall be 18 mm thick plain particle board ( ) PPB Clad with 1.0 mm thick decorative laminate (DL) on both sides. Edge Sealed with 2 mm thick PVC beading. The Side panel, Bottom and Top panel are to be assembled with the help of wooden dowel, knock down fittings Drum with screw and corner fittings to ensure stability of box structure formed. The manufacturer shall have quality and safety assuranceall complete as per manufacturers specification, Product should be BIFMA gold rated SCS global certified for inhouse air quality and with 05 years warranty. 3 Providing and placing in position made of factory assembled Lecturer Chair of approved make (as per finally approved sample by department) of following dimensions with the following specifications. Medium back revolving chairs. Chair seat made up of insert moulded Polyurethane Foamupholstered with foam laminated mesh fabric, insert moulded foam assembled over a load bearing plastic seat cover, back is made up of two piece injection moulded frame, inner frame upholstered with mesh fabric and mounted on the main assembly, back adjustable lumbar support for achieving comfortable seating posture.Armrests should be adjustable with 120-160 mm adjustability with PU padded. Base: Black nylon base with 5 nos. nylon castors. Chair should be of 360 degree swivel Posture Control with multi pointer locking and synchro tilt mechanism and hydraulic gas lift gas lift to allows 90-100 mm. of height adjustment. Seat size 440 - 550 mm depth, Seat width of 530-550 mm Seat Height of 420-510mm with hydraulic height adjustability of 90-100mm. Sub assembly back size 550 - 620 mm height. Effective back height from Seat - 570mm, polyurethane foam for seat having density 65-70 kg/m3. Pedestal made of nylon base fitted with 5 nos. twin wheel castors (castor wheel dia. 60-70 cm), base pedestal Dia 60-70 mm and pitch centre dia. 700-720mm with castors, twin wheel castors injection moulded in Nylon etc. all complete as per manufacturers specification, approved sample and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Product should be BIFMA gold rated SCS global certified for inhouse air quality and with 05 years warranty.
