    Supply Of Dead End Clamp Suitable For Acsr 6 1 3.35Mm Aaac 7 3.15Mm Conductor, Complete In All Respect As Per Tender Specifications. , Fabrication And Supply Of Dead End Clamp Of Strong Aluminum Alloy ( A-6 Alloy ) Manufactured By Die Casting Process And Pressure Suitable For Acsr 6 / 1 / 3.35Mm / Aaac 7 / 3.15Mm Conductor. The Clamp Should Have 3 U Bolts Of 12Mm Dia With Nut And Washer.Rivet Of 16Mm Dia Split Pin Of Brass And Steel Part Should Be Hot Dipped Galvanized Confirming To Is: 2633 And Clamp Tested As Per Is: 2121 And 2486 Or Latest Version. The Weight Of Aluminum Portion Should Be 950 Gms. ± 2.5% And That Of Steel Portion Should Be 750 Gms. ± 2.5%. => Limited

The clamp should have 3 "U" bolts of 12mm dia with nut and washer.Rivet of 16mm dia split pin of brass and steel part should be hot dipped galvanized confirming to IS: 2633 and clamp tested as per IS: 2121 and 2486 or latest version.
