Bids Are Invited For Handloom Expo For Stall Rent Infrastructure And Etc Construction Work Of 25 Temporary Tin Stalls 10 Feet Wide And 10 Feet Long, 8 Feet From The Back Side And 9 Feet High From The Front, Which Will Be Based On The Ball Structure And There Should Not Be Any Hole In The Tin Before, Due To Which The State Of Rain Water Could Not Enter. Each Stall Will Have Cloth Walling On Three Sides And Ceiling On Top And Cloth Partition In The Middle Of Each Stall. Two Counters / Tables Of 5X2 In Each Stall And Luggage Rack / Table / Counter At The Rear. Two 5X2s To Hold Arrangement Of Two Plastic Chairs To Sit In Each Stall , In Front Of Each Stall, Two Feet Wide Stall Length Cloth Frame Will Have To Be Fixed, On Which The Name Of The Participating Committee / Weaver And Other Details Will Have To Be Written, On Which The Name Of The Stall Will Have To Be Written In An Attractive Water Proof Color. To Close Each Stall, Arrangements Will Have To Be Made For The Height And Width Of The Stall. Construction Of The Main Gate By Ply Which Will Be 14 Feet High And 10 Feet Space Will Be Empty In The Middle On Which The Name Of The Department And The Name Of The Exhibition Etc. Will Have To Be Written. An Office Room Of 10X10 Feet / By Textiles Committee India Handloom Mark, India Handloom Brand And Development , Tin For Promotion Of Commissioner Handloom Schemes Shed Will Be Constructed With Cloth Sealing Walling Will Have To Be Done In The Office Room 02 Tables, 04 Arrangements For Plastic Chairs Will Have To Be Made. Tripal And Rain Cover Will Have To Be Installed On Each Stall And Office. So That The Clothes Kept For Sale Do Not Get Wet In The Rains. 30 Flags Will Have To Be Installed In The Ground. In Each Stall, 02 Electric Leds Of 20-20 Watts Will Have To Be Installed And Proper Lighting Arrangements Will Have To Be Made At Night. For Arrangement Of Electricity And Alternative Arrangements, A Generator Set Along With Diesel And Operator Will Have To Be Kept Till The End Of The Exhibition. 12 Halogen ( 100 Watt Leds ) Will Be Installed In The Entire Exhibition. Covers For The Counter Will Have To Be Provided In Each Stall And The Counter Will Have To Be Covered With Cloth Outside. Proper Arrangements Will Have To Be Made For Drinking Water. Arrangements Will Also Have To Be Made For Daily Cleaning Of The Expo And Sprinkling Of Water In And Around The Expo Site So That Dust Does Not Blow. Proper Arrangements For The Security Of The Expo, In Which 02 Guards Will Have To Be Kept During The Day And 02 Guards At Night To Look After The Exhibition, Which Will Be In Full Dress. Attractive Small Bulb Fringes Will Have To Be Installed On The Entire Portion Of The Façade In Front Of The Gate And All The Shops. Clear Green Matting Will Have To Be Laid On All The Stalls, Offices And The Entire Expo Site. Two Urinals-Cum-Toilets, Separate For Men And Women, Will Have To Be Temporarily Constructed At A Reasonable Distance From The Expo Site And Sweepers Will Also Have To Be Hired To Clean Them. 6 Drums Of Water Should Be Kept Safe In The Pandal For Fire Safety. It Should Never Be Used For Any Other Work Other Than Fire Fighting, Along With 06 Buckets And 25 Cubic Feet Of Sand Will Also Have To Be Kept At The Expo Site. 04 Nos. Dcp Fire Extinguishers 06 Nos.
