1Digital mappingof location and areas Sector 9,11,18,26,36,37 & village Barwala by conducting Total Station Survey (TSS)and super imposition of TSS plan over sizara with reference to GPS, providing latitude, longitude at some specific location on different area and giving demarcation of built-up, roads, religious structures, paths, lanes, stairs, ramps, common areas including open spaces, parking area, projection of built up structure,parks, pkts, blocks, built up area visible services and other salient features as well as status of land at some specific locaitons, nallah, drains, high tension (HT) lines, electrical poles, Transformers, telephone lines, trees (location, species, shape and size/spread),all minor and major tree, hedges, water bodies (with existing area), permanent & temporary structures etc., plot boundaries and other On ground utilities like building (any shade), foothpath- kutcha/pucca, planter, tube wells, mentioning the length, width and area of the services including providing contour, ground elevation level at every 20 meter contours showing level according to M.S.L inert/top at required distance etc. i/c geo-referencing, area under encroachment, (The vacant land/enchroachment land is to be marked clearly with area existing at site with all dimentions clearly visible.), area under litigation, other notable features etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge. This is including providing and showing Levels with reference to nearest GTS permanent bench mark on drawing, Marking reference points @three numbers per hectare on T.S.S. plan with respect to their longitude & latitude and plotting the same on ground, establishment of one permanent benchmark at every 500 meter interval, longitudinal section & cross section if required and cutting of grass, bushes wherever required for placing TSS and GPS instruments along with supplying of all relevant information, data i.e. 5 nos. colored hard copies of print outs on desired scale and Paper- print size in A-0 or as desired, and calculation sheet of surveyed areas (in .xls) and soft copy in 2 nos. Pen Drive with autocad .dwg, .pdf, .kmz/.kml file along with Satellite image photograph of desired place on desired size on hard copy as well as on Pen Drive.In case of any descrepencies with the data provided by DDA LM wing or Engineering wing with the data wrt ground survey or the list of land not found on the ground while surveying, the same shall be brought in the notice immediately. Agecy has to get the drawing verified with the concerned authorities with DDA and Delhi Govt. as desired and instructed by Engineer-in-charge. All the work shall be carried out in all aspect as per complete satisfaction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
2providing demarcation/ exact Geo coordinate points on ground with the help of Total Station survey by using DGPS Machine and Other latest Survey Equipments, upto an area of 20,000 sqm at any land of RPD-3/DDA as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- As the demarcation may be required at site on urgent basis even in a period less than 24 hours after issue of letter, the agency has to get the work done in coordination with Enginner-in-charge, representative of DDA Land Management Department and local Police station. The work may be required for carrying out demolition at site, demarcation of plots boundary etc. as per requirement raised by Engineer-in-charge. Agency has to make his own arrangement to clear the bushes/ malba/ vegetation etc. to make the demarcation points accessible at site. In case of deployment of JCB/ hydraullic excavator the payment shall be done seperately on per hour basis only. In case of not attending the demarcation within prescribed time frame orfor any delay at the part of agency, the work shall be done at the risk and cost of agency without any notification and action shall be taken to blacklist the agency for further participation in tendering process or as per terms & conditions of agreement/NIT by the competent authority. The agency has to carry the Synthetic enamel paint to demark the point at site. If required, the fixing of pole/ bollard/ refrence point is to be fixed at the time of demarcation with cement concrete 1:2:4 (The payment for fixing pole/ board/ bollard etc. shall be paid seperately). The agency has to prepare and provide survey drawings, before start of the work of construction of boundary wall and after the construction of boundary wall built at site; on suitable scale and supply the same in hard copy of 3 nos. prints and soft copy, in AutoCAD and DWG format as required.
3Engaging hydraulic excavator (3D) including cost of Driver, lubricating oil, diesel, fuel etc forCleaning, clearing, levelling the site to make approaches for survey work and disposing of the malba/ waste/ garbage/ unserviceable material, upto a distance of 50.0 mtr outside the periphery of the area clearedas required during the execution of item no. 2 complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
4Excavating holes upto 0.10 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. (a)All kinds of soil
5Providing and fixing 15x15x90 cm boundary stone of hard stone with top 30 cm chisel dressed on all four sides including top (cost of excavation, refilling and concrete etc. to be paid for separately).

8Note: (1) Payment to the agency shall be made only after completion of the item mentioned above and after verification of the shajra superimposed plan from concerned Land Management wing of DDA.
