Properties of polyurethane based chemical shall be as following:- (i) Highly elastic. (ii) UV resistance. iii) Adhesion to concrete > 1N/Sqmm. (iv) Tensile strength not less than 2.0N/Sqmm for free film. (v) Elongation – not less than 300% (vi) Solid content by weight – not less that 60%. (vii) Air/water permeability BSEN 12390 at 5 bar-72 hours should be NIL and minimum dry film thickness of water proofing membrane must be 1.0mm. (viii) Accelerated weathering (ASTM 453): Pass 1000 hours. (ix) Reaction to fire – non inflammable. |
