4M&L Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated /trepezoidal steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Work shall be carried out upto G+2 storey bldg.Quoted rates are deemed to be included necessary scaffolding etc.

6Cleaning of Roof gutter including water outgoing holes at any hight of bldg,work shop and hangers and removing the materials leaves, vegitation mud or other waste materialsto distance n exc 50m, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Work shall be carried out upto G+2 storey bldg.Quoted rates are deemed to be included necessary scaffolding etc.
7Cutting /removing of plants and grass growth on bldg"s roofs, chajjas and edges on bldgs,work shop, hangers (at any floor and any height)including spreding chemicals at plant roots area and finished the damaged area with PCC 1:2:4/ Cement plaster in CM 1:4 as required and remove the waste to distance n exc 50m, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Work shall be carried out upto G+2 storey bldg. Quoted rates are deemed to be included necessary scaffolding etc.
8Cleaning of Roof sorrounding area mud, tree leaves etc including water outgoing holes at any hight of bldg, removing the materials (sludge) to distance n exc 50m, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Work shall be carried out upto G+2 storey bldg.Quoted rates are deemed to be included necessary scaffolding etc.
9Cleaning of drains by excavating of the filled earth.Vegetation and all forged material average width 45 cm& depth 50cm and removing the excavated material to a distance exc. 50m and not exc. 250m complete all as specified and as directed
10M&L Brick work with sub- class "B" flyash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious in CM (1:6),including demolition of brick work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Work shall be carried out upto G+2 storey bldg.Quoted rates are deemed to be included necessary scaffolding etc.
11Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs etc and holding if required reconnection and refixing in position, capacity of tank exc 250 & n.exc 500 Ltrs capacity complete all as specified.
12All as per Srl item No.11 above but for capacity of tank exc 500 & n.exc 1000 Ltrs capacity complete all as specified.
13M&L for 40mm thick PCC type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in padding in roof complete all as specified. Note : Work shall be carried out upto G+2 storey bldg.Quoted rates are deemed to be included necessary scaffolding etc.
14M&L for cement screed/rendering 10mm thick in C.M (1:3) over roof slab including parapets inverted beams etc. mixed with water proofing compound, rendering all as specified and directed (WPC shall be measured and paid separately) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed by Engr-in- charge. Note:-WPC will be measured & paid separately.
15M&L water proofing treatment withpolymeric standard membrane of weight not less than 3.5kg per sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150gms/sqm) laid over primed surface by forced application complete. Shall be fused uniformly by LPG torch flame onhorizontal/vertical/slope surface on roofcomplete and preparation of surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth otherwise described and applying two coats of aluminium paint @100ml persqm over APP membrane sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Water proof treatment consist of as under: - (i)Applying one coat of bitumous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.3 ltrs per sqm (ii)Laying APP based memberane as specified thickness and weight. (iii)Applying one coat of bitumen grade 85/25 @1.20Kg persqm. (iv)Two coats of aluminium paint
16S&F in repairs for 1000 ltr capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks tripple layer ISI Mark (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I
17Supply only liquid water proofing compound.
18Water proofing treatment with polyurethane based chemical shall be carried out all as specified as under:- (a) M&L for mechanical cleaning of surface to make it free from any bituminous residue/dirt, oil and grease etc all as directed by the GE/Engr-in-charge. (b) M&L for cracks treatment by cutting open cracks and cleaning it from dirt, loose materials etc and filling with polyurethane based sealant with and including application of PU based primer all as directed by GE/Engr-in-charge. (c) M&L for applying water based polyurethane modified dispersion (single component cold applied, non toxic, VOC complaint) in 03 coats including 01 coat of primer of same material after dilution of water at 50% or specific primer matching same material as per manufacturer specification and as directed by GE/ Engr-in-charge. Properties of polyurethane based chemical shall be as following:- (i) Highly elastic. (ii) UV resistance. iii) Adhesion to concrete > 1N/Sqmm. (iv) Tensile strength not less than 2.0N/Sqmm for free film. (v) Elongation – not less than 300% (vi) Solid content by weight – not less that 60%. (vii) Air/water permeability BSEN 12390 at 5 bar-72 hours should be NIL and minimum dry film thickness of water proofing membrane must be 1.0mm. (viii) Accelerated weathering (ASTM 453): Pass 1000 hours. (ix) Reaction to fire – non inflammable.
19Notes: - 1.To be applied by the Rep of manufacturers authorized applicator only.Contractor has to provide manufacturer’s test certificate for the above mentioned Technical parameters and purchase Vrs. 2.Removal of existing treatment to be paid separately. 3.Roof top to be ensured to avoid water ponding. 4.For accessible terrace and inaccessible terrace, 300mm height of vertical surface/ parapet wall to be treated with same specification of slab. Make: - Bostik, Berger, Fosroc, Sika, Asian or any other make approved by E-in-C’s Branch for PU based water proofing treatment.
20M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm grade stone agg)as in roof kerbs,mud stops,rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed
21S&F 20mm thick hydraulically pressed cement tiles laid over 20mm thick cement screed bed 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound and joined with CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement over APP membrane.

23M&L framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed balusters walk ways railings framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe- 290. Gde E-165
24Preparation of two coats of synthetic enamel paint with one coat of red oxide primer on new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described.
25S&F in repairs 3mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixe with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc.
26S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling all as specified

28S&F Perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and acoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size, fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid complete all as specified.
29M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping and applying one coat of oil emulsion distempercomplete all asdirected.
30M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of ceiling by washing, rubbing down and stopping and applying one coat of oil emulsion distempercomplete all asdirected.
31M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping and applying one coat ofweatherproof antifungal exterior paint complete all asdirected.
32M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.
