The material comprising of three layers, Top Layer is of genuine hardwood surface, the middle layer is of pine or spruce ribs laid transversely and the third layer is stabilizing bottom layer. The Floor is finished on top with seven course of UV curved formaldehyde free lacquer. The planks are installed on foam and polythene sheet on top of the under floor and stuck to one another using adhesive in the groove of the board all complete including all accessories (Skirting, Profile) etc.

Then suspend the Main T15(MT15W36) having flange width 15mm /24 mm , height32/38 mm and length 3600mm thickness 0.30 mm from the soffit with help of soffit cleat and wire at 1200mm c/c. Cross T15 (CT15W12) with flange width 15 mm, height 32 mm and length 1200 mm is then interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the direction perpendicular to the Main T15. Finally Cross T15 (CT15W06) having flange width 15 mm, height 32mm and length 600mm are then interlocked into the pre cut slots in the 1200 mm Cross T15 at 1200mm centers andin direction parallel to the Main T15.Anuton Subtex Nubby steppeedge of size 595 x 595 x 15mm thick shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600 mm. The GI strut system includes GI cross channel ( CC 25 ) having thickness 0.45 mm, length 3600 mm, knurled web 40 mm, depth 25 mm and equal flanges 9.5 mm is fastened vertically at every 600 mm centers.Aluminum core cross channel (CC 18) having thickness 0.5 mm, length 2400 mm, web 15 mm & 27 mm, depth 18 mm and flanges of 7 mm with suitable edge & center brackets is then fixed perpendicular to the CC 25. 34	Providing and fixing of Fixed Glazing with part Top hung of approved make to be fabricated from roll formed sections made of pre-painted steel (base steel as per IS-513 of 0.6 mm thick “D” quality, galvanized as per IS-277 with zinc of 120Gm/Sq.mtr) with paint specification being with primer of 5-7 microns and finished paint with polyster paint (Black /Pearl white/ Chocolate Brown) of 12-16 microns alongwith the alkyd backer at the back of 5-7 microns and the sizes of outer frame being of 46x52 mm and with all vertical and horizontal mullions are of 46x70 mm and fixed beadings are of 18x25 mm. Top hung shutter should be of 46 x 46 mm. Accessories / gaskets are to be used as per the manufacturer’s supply and specification like handle being made of high grade aluminium powder coated and with nylon receiver and gasket will be made of EPDM. All corner brackets are to be made of CRCA with zinc phosphating.The mullion caps and louvered-clips should be of glass filled nylon. The sections are to be cut to length ,mitre joined with corner bracket and frames are fixed to the concrete/masonry walls by means of self expanding screws and glass to be used of 5mm reflective with all taxes complete.
