    1Charges for carrying out the daily, routine and breakdown maintenance of Mechanical equipments and its auxiliaries in Fire water pump house, Foam Pump House, Fire Hydrant Booster Pump House such as Pumps, Diesel Engines, Valves and pipes, Compressors and tanks, Diesel tanks, Hoist/Cranes etc.,painting the equipments and up-keeping of Fire Water Pump House, Foam Pump House and Fire Hydrant Booster Pump House as per the direction of Engineer in-charge including cost of labour, lead, lift, consumables, safety appliances and hire charges for Tools & Plants etc. complete.
    2Charges for carrying out the daily, routine and breakdown maintenance on Fire Hydrant System, Hydrant Valves, Fire Escape Hydrant, Water Monitors, Foam System, Spray System, Deluge Valve Assemblies and portable Fire Extinguishers including refilling of Extinguishers as per the direction of Engineer in-charge including cost of labour, lead, lift, consumables, safety appliances and hire charges for Tools & Plants etc. complete.
