Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Ultrasonic Humidifier of capacity as per design, complete with stainless steel tank with float valve, water make-up, over flow and drain connections. The transducer shall be interlocked with float switch, supplied with humidifier and humidistat with necessary supports by MS structural steel and if required by hangers, clamp supports from walls, floors and ceiling with painting withtwo coats of paint over one coat of primer on MSsupport work.

9Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of factory-built Floor standing double-skIn type air handllng unit of capacity as per design at 04 different locations in Annexies as shown in drawing complete with thermal break profile made of 25 mm thick panels consisting of pre-plasticized GI sheet caslng of thickness 0.8mm outside and 0.8 mm thick GI sheet inside layer with CFC-FREE PU insulation of density 42(±5%) kg/m3 factory-Injected between them by injection moulding machine, complete with direct-driven plug fan of 65mm WG static pressure. The valve shall be suitable for PN 16 working pressure for condense water circulation as required. (b)BALANCING VALVE of 100 MM dia as required with BUILT-IN MEASURING FACILITY of gun-metal construction upto 50 mm dla & cast-steel/ ductile iron body upto 300 mm dia as required having flanged construction with SS disc having long pitch with protruded out pipe insulation & suitable for PN 16 working pressure for condenser water circulation as required. The ductile iron body shall be painted with one coat of in-organic ethyl self curing zinc silicate premier at 75 microns& single coat of super-high-build epoxy MIO coatlng, cured with poly amide hardener at 150 microns & finally two coats of high-build-gloss aliphatic acrylic Poly-urethane at 50 micron dry film thickness. (c)NON- RETURN VALVE of100 mm dia with dual plates of cast steel construction, SS plates, body lining-BUNA -N, flanged end construction, suitable for PN 16 working pressure for condenser water circulation as required. 35Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of fire-cum-smoke motorized damper as required, the blades and frame shall be minimum 1.6 mm thick GI sheet and factory-fitted in a sleeve made out of 1.6 mm thick GS sheet of min 400 mm length, as & where required, of required sizes including control wiring. The damper shall be motorized and have spring-return mechanism so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The spring return action shall have in-built mechanism and not externally mounted. For smoke extraction, necessary control arrangement shall be provided for passive smoke control system in the event of fire signal. The dampers shal be CBRI tested and certified for 90 minute fire rating against flame penetration as per UL standard 555-1995. The assembly shall be complete in all respects, as required. 36Supply & application of Acoustic Insulation inside the duct with Engineered nitrile-rubber open-cell foam of 15mm thickness with density140-180 kg/m3 passing Class-1 fire performance test as per BS-476 (part 7), Air Erosion test for 10,000 FPM air velocity as per ASTM-C-107105 and with built-in antimicrobial protection. The material should pass fungl-resistance rest as per DIN EN ISO-846 method-A and bacterial resistance test as per DIN EN ISO-846 method-C; to be applied using manufacturer"s recommended rubber-based Adhesive in a blend of solvents complete as per requirement.
37Supply& Installation of Thermal Insulation 13mm on ducts not exposed to sunlight using closed-cell Class "0" nitrile rubber elastomeric insulation of density 40 -55 kg/m3, thermal conductivity of 0.037 W/mK at 20 deg C mean tempandH27000 (without any additional vapour barrier) and with factory-laminated aluminium foil of minimum 60 microns thickness having weight of 193GSM as per EN-ISO 2286-2, tensile strength shall be 90N/15mm as per EN-SO 527-3 with elongation > 10% as per ENHSO 527-3to be applied on ducts using manufacturer"s recommendation,rubber-based adhesive in a blend of solvents complete as per requirement.
38Supply, Installation, Testing & Commssioning ofLT Panel board manufactured from CPRI approved manufcturer,fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet floor-mounted frontand back operated LT PANEL, as per IEC 61439, for 415V, 3-phase, 4-wire 50 Hz AC supply system, each cubical shall be fabricated in compartmentalized design with CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thickness for frame work and covers, 2mm thickness for gland plates i/c cleaning & surface treatment with 9-tank process before powder coating ofapproved shade, having specified below Ampcapacity extensible type TPN aluminium alloy bus bars with suitable rating,Neutral to high conductivity,MC/SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit withstand capacity of 35kA for 1 sec, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100mm x 75mm x 5mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 32mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with required sizes, with earth bus, Al bus bars, numbering & sign writing, interconnection & control wiring including the cost of connection through bus bar /copper conductor flexible connection with necessary interlocking as per requirement with PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor single core cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two halves, i/c providing following switch gears: (a) LL Digital electronic MFM cum kWh meter where provided shall be equipped with communication port & three-phase indicating lamps protected by 2 Amps SP MCBs. (f)All MCCBs shall be provided with front rotary handle and operating mechanism for door interlock with pad locking of MCCBs handles in "OFF" (g) Al hinged door shall be earthed through 2.5 sqmm tinned braided copper. (h) Panels shall be powder-coated with grey paint shade No. RAL-7032 of IS-5. (j)Minimum degree of protection for following types of distribution panel enclosure shall be as per IS:60439. (k) All motor feeders MCCBs shall be of motor duty. (l) Supporting/Base rigid steel frame work. (m)TPN MCCBs shall mean 3 pole MCCBs with adequate sizes of neutral link. (n) Final rating & various parameters, in addition to those specified below, shall be selected on the basis of ambient conditions at site, client-specific requirements, requirement for the NOC from various statutory authorities, as per detailed design stage calculations. (o) Each Panel incomings/outgoings shall be provided with suitable Contacts/terminals to receive the aluminium conductor cables given in the latter section. (p) Each Panel shall be minimum IP-54 for indoor environment, except for outdoor conditions, which are mentioned separately.
