Stoppage of flow around sluice gate using gunny bags and suitable capacity submersible pump to pump out sewage from space between Gunny Bags and sluice gate to make the same dry, using Heavy Labour and required safety arrangement.

Dismantling of Gate Operation stand, Gear Box, Hand-wheel, spindle using chain pulley block and heavy labour and also requires logistic arrangement and safety measures.

Supply of new operating stand of cast iron conforming to IS 210 Gr FG 200.

Supply of new set of Bevel Gears of Alloy Steel EN8 having Gear Ratio of 4:1.

Supply of 50 mm dia X 4 M long SS 304 heat treated spindle with 10 mm pitch single start LH square thread.

Straightening of 50 mm Dia. X 4 M long SS 304 spindle by using heavy manual, repair muff coupling and jack.

Repair of SS 304 Seating faces on frame and slide of gate.

Repair of Guide Blocks on either side of Frame.

Supply of New Bronze Lift nut conforming to IS 318 LTB 2 suitable for 50 mm dia SS304 Spindle.

Supply of Adjustable Stem Guide Bracket of carbon steel to IS 2062.

Assembly and installation of above parts of penstock Gate using heavy labour and required logstic arrangement, testing and commissioning of above gate.
