3Demolishing and removing old cement plaster and disposal of the debris at places pointed outin Township within a lead of 150M as directed.
4Dismantling Mangalore pattern roofing tiles carefully and stacking the same as directed at the Civil Maintenance office yard.
5Dismantling and removing wrought and framed timbers of roof and conveying and stacking the dismantled materials in Township Office.
6Labour for wood work wroughtand put up with departmental scantlings.
7Supplying and fixing hard country wood reepersin position for roofing workincluding cost of suitable wire nails etc. complete.
8Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick, one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels.
9Providing and fixing first class 340mm MP tiles on roof frame work.
10Roofing with departmental M.P. tileskeptat various places in Township.
11Providing and fixing 340mm MP roofing tiles in position for replacing the broken/damages tiles on existing tiled roof.
12Roofingwithdepartmental M.P. tiles keptat various placesin Township.
13Supplying M.P. hipand ridge tiles and set in surkhi mortar 1:1/2:1 1/2including finishing the edges over ground floor.
14Resetting the existing M.P. hip and ridge tiles in surkhi mortar 1: 1/2: 1 1/2 including finishing the edges.
15Providing surki mortar 1: 1/2: 1 1/2 to the existing ridge and hip tiles including finishing the edges.
16Resetting the MP hip & ridge tiles with departmental tiles without setting in surkhi mortar .
17Providing & fixing MP hip & ridge tiles without setting in surkhi mortar .
18Extra labour charges for additional lift over ground floor forsupplying MP hip and ridge tiles andset in surki mortar 1:1/2:1 1/2 .
19Painting one coat with best approved quality red oxide metal primer after scraping and cleaning the surface at all heights of steel grills,bars,structures etc.
20Painting one coat withbest approved quality and colour synthetic enamel paint at all heights to doors, windows, boarders for skirting after cleaning well the surfaces.
21Painting one coat with ready mixed approvedquality and colour plastic emulsion paint on inside walls and ceiling aftercleaning the surface at all heights.
22Applying one coat best approved quality polyurethane clear wood finish one coat to doors, windows etc. after rubbing with sand paper and cleaning well the surfaces at all heights.
23All charges for labour and hire for tools required for cleaning the top of terraced and other roofsof quarters by sweeping and removing debris, silt, leaves and other unwanted materials, removing plants by rooting out or by applying Chemicals at cut sections of plants etc., complete as directedat site.(Chemicals will be supplied by the company.)
24Supplying best quality wall Putty.
25Painting one coat withexterior emulsionpaint of approved brand and shade (Apex Ultima or equivalent)to exterior walls including parapet wall of sunshade and roof, fins, facias, projection of walls, show walls etc. including cost of all materials, labour charges, hire charges for scaffolding etc. complete.at all heights after cleaning thoroughly as per instruction of the Engineer-in-charge.
26Supply and application of chemical insecticides of brands specified in IS 6313 for anti termite treatment of the buildings including foundation, walls, ceilings, roof etc as per IS 6313(part3) 2001. Post construction treatment. Payment is for per square meter area of plinth area of building.
27Applyingcement primer on walls and ceiling at all heights including cost of all materials, labour charges, hire charges for scaffolding etc. complete after cleaning thoroughly as per instruction of the Engineer-in-charge.
28Painting one coat/each succeedingcoat with exterior emulsionpaint of approved brand and shade (Apex Ultima or equivalent)to exterior walls including parapet wall of sunshade and roof, fins, facias, projection of walls, show walls etc. including cost of all materials, labour charges, hire charges for scaffolding etc. complete.at all heightsas per instruction of the Engineer-in-charge.
