(ii) The rate is inclusive of all items as required at siteexcept those itemsas given in Sch "A" Part II to keep the Boom Barrier and Tyre ripper operational round the clock including cleaning and greasing all moving parts on monthly basis complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
