Sections and 12mm thick gyp board sheets inclusive of all hangers, edge members and other clips complete, with sheets fixed with proper Philip fastner by power drills and joints duly finished ensuring level in line, complete with putty, primer and painting of approved make and colour. 25Supply and Installation of 8 mm thick magnesium oxide square edge magnesia core ceiling tile of size 595 x 595 mm having density 1000 Kgs/ m3, weight 8 kg/m2 which is suspended by using 0.3 mm thick and 24 mm wide precoated metal T 24 grid system. The technical parameters are as follows :Core - Magnesia, Fire – Class 1 & P, Acoustics – STC 44 - 54 , climate - 50 , RH - 95, Termite resistance ,Green (RC %) – 30, Hygiene (VoC, Clean room) – Low, Class 3 , Thermal -0.12 W/mK. The T 24 Grid system of 600 x 600 mm module shall include wall angle (WA 24 W 30) with unequal flanges of size 14 & 20 mm wide, length 3000 mm, 0.43 mm thick fixed along the perimeter of wall with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300 mm centers. Wind load brackets will have vertical slot and Dead load brackets will have horizontal slots. Thermal separators to be placed between MS brackets and concrete structure.Bimetallic separators to be placed between Al. sub structure and MS brackets. Brackets fixing with nylon fasteners or self tapping bolts. Aluminum grid frame fixing in between brackets by ss nut and bolts. After framing done the panels fixing started with maintaining 6mm horizontal and vertical gaps between one panels to another. For fixing of panels done by riveting. 62Providing & painting Two coats of Plastic Emulsion paint with 1st qualityapproved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade as per the instruction of Engineer - In- Charge at all elevations including all material & labour complete.. (Internal Surface)
63Providing and fixing False ceiling as per Saint Gobain Specifications made of standard G.I. Sections and 12mm thick gyp board sheets inclusive of all hangers, edge members and other clips complete, with sheets fixed with proper Philip fastner by power drills and joints duly finished ensuring level in line, complete with putty, primer and painting of approved make and colour. Cost includes cutouts for electrical fittings, materials, labour, T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Basic Rate of Gypsum Board 12mm thk. Rs.303/ sheet).
64Supply and Installation of Anutone 15 mm glassfiber steppe edge Glass fibre core ceiling tile of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having all edges encapsulated with chemical treated paint & having density 100-120 Kgs/ m3, weight 1.5 - 3.0 kg/m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick and 15 mm wide pre coated metal T15/24 grid system. The technical parameters are as follows :Core - Glassfibre, Fire – Class 1 & P , Acoustics – NRC 0.95,Climate (OC RH) – 40, 95,Termite resistance ,Light reflectance – 85 %,Green (RC %) – 35, Hygiene (VoC, Clean room) – Low, Class 3 Strength, Load capacity (Kg) - Antisag. The T15/24 Grid system of 600 x 600 mm module shall include wall angle(WA15) with unequal flanges of size 14 x 20 x3000mm wide, length 3000mm, 0.43 mm thick fixed along the perimeter of wall with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the Main T15(MT15W36) having flange width 15mm /24 mm , height 32/38 mm and length 3600mm thickness 0.30 mm from the soffit with help of soffit cleat and wire at 1200mm c/c. Cross T15 (CT15W12) with flange width 15 mm, height 32 mm and length 1200 mm is then interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the direction perpendicular to the Main T15. Finally Cross T15 (CT15W06) having flange width 15 mm, height 32mm and length 600mm are then interlocked into the pre cut slots in the 1200 mm Cross T15 at 1200mm centers and in direction parallel to the Main T15. Anuton Subtex Nubby steppe edge of size 595 x 595 x 15mm thick shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600 mm. Ensure arrow marks behind subtex panels are orianted in one direction to achieve uniform shade. Test certificate will be submmited after procurement of materials.
65Supply and Installation of 8 mm thick magnesium oxide square edge magnesia core ceiling tile of size 595 x 595 mm having density 1000 Kgs/ m3, weight 8 kg/m2 which is suspended by using 0.3 mm thick and 24 mm wide precoated metal T 24 grid system. The technical parameters are as follows :Core - Magnesia, Fire – Class 1 & P, Acoustics – STC 44 - 54 , climate - 50 , RH - 95, Termite resistance ,Green (RC %) – 30, Hygiene (VoC, Clean room) – Low, Class 3 , Thermal -0.12 W/mK. The T 24 Grid system of 600 x 600 mm module shall include wall angle (WA 24 W 30) with unequal flanges of size 14 & 20 mm wide, length 3000 mm, 0.43 mm thick fixed along the perimeter of wall with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300 mm centers. Then suspend the Main T 24(MT 24 W 36) having flange width 24 mm, height 32 mm and length 3600 mm from the soffit with help of soffit cleat and wire rod along with leveling spring clip at 1200 mm c/c. Cross 24(CT 24 W 12) with flange width 24 mm, height 32 mm and length 1200 mm is then interlocked into the precut slots in the Main T 24 at 600 mm centers in the direction perpendicular to the Main T 24. Finally Cross T 24 (CT 24 W 06) having flange width 24 mm, height 32 mm and length 600 mm are then interlocked into the precut slots in the 1200 mm Cross T 24 at 1200 mm centers and in direction parallel to the Main T 24. Magnesium oxide vinyl square edge of size 595 x 595 x 8 mm thick shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600 mm. Test certificate will be submitted after procurement of materials.
