Tender For Supply And Installation Of Scientific Equipment Ultrapure Water Purification System1) Water purification System should be capable of producing 18.2 Megaohm resistivity with pre-treatment cartridge, Reverse Osmosis and mixed bed ion exchange resins and activated carbon in a single pack, with feed water acceptance of upto 2000micro Siemens conductivity, Fouling Index (SDI) < 12, Total Chlorine < 1 ppm. 2) All in one pack which contains a combination of technologies to produce ultrapure water from Tap water directly. 3) The 1st stage of the RO DI cartridge contains pre-treatment for reverse osmosis followed by RO membrane. 4) The 2nd stage contains mixed bed ion exchange resin and organex for removal of organic contaminants. 5) It should have only cartridge in the system. If the system comes with more than one cartridge then that cartridge should quote mandatorily 15 numbers (including RO) along the main quote. 6) Detailed indication of all the components, Accessories & Consumables to be mentioned separately in the technical bid. 7) Type 3 water flow rate should be 3 Litre/Hour. 8) Tap for dispensing RO water from the tank. 9) Manufacturer authorized firm only should participate in the tender, manufacturer authorisation certificate should provide along with technical bid. 10) System should come with UV lamp. 11) All other accessories for complete installation and functioning required. 12) 3 year warranty should be provided. 13) Service Engineer shall be available in Kerala and contact details should be provided. 14) Demonstration and Training on operation, application, calibration and troubleshooting of the equipment shall be provided by supplier without any additional cost at any time.
