( A ) Prepation Of Conceptual Architectural Drawings, Minimum Three Proposals With Latest Architectural Views In 3D ( On Latest Auto Desk Software ) With Relevant Details Like Plans, Elevation, Section, Layout Plan, Etc. Based On Sanctioned Aes And Board Proceeeding And In Adherence To The Provision Of National Building Code, Scales Of Accn And Other Standard Architecture Practices / Norms. The Conceptual Drawigs Shall Be Submitted In Duplicate Hard Copies For Approval Of The User And The Garrison Engineer. ( B ) After Approval Of Concerptual Drawings, The Prepartion Of Architeture Drawings, Including Schedule Of Finishes, Internal Water Supply And Internal Electric Supply Drawings As Per Incoroporating Required Chages / Modification And Submit The Same In Four Copies. The Working Drawings Shall Be On A1 Or A0 Size As Required On Standard Scale And Working Details On Standard Scale As Per Requirements, The Final Drawings Shall Be Got Approved From Thr Garrision Engineer, ( C ) Preparation Of Structural Drawing And Structural Design By Using Softwars Such As Staad Pro Latest Version, Staad Foundation And Rcdc Advance Version Using 3D Space Model Etc Original Prints In Tracing Papers A1 Size And Submission Of One Set Of Ammonia Prints And Two Sets Of White Drawings In Soft Copy, Copied In Cd ( All Drawings Shall Be Drawn To A Suitable Scale And Shall Not Be Printed In Fit To Scale Mode. Scale Shall Be Clearly Mentioned In The Drawings. ( V ) Submission Of Design Folder ( One Set Each Soft Copy And Hard Copy ) Details Of Calculation, One Hard Copy Of Architecture And Strucyural Drawings, Softcopy Of All Architural Drawings And Structural Drawings In Autocad As Well As Soft Copies Of Signed And Certified Drawings. ( Vi ) After Approval Of Architech And Structural Drawings Of The Projct, Submission Of Final Drawings In Triplicate Hard Copy ( 1X Tracing Sheets ) To Be Submitted To This Hq Duly Signed By An Authrised Architect Of The Consultant. Prepartion And Submission Of Detailed Estimate, Yard Stick Bills Of Quantities Including Reinforcement Bars Quantity Of Each Size Of Bar Duly Priced At Per Mes Ssr Part -Ii 2020 Rates And Market Rates, Market Analysis Alongwith Supporinting Documents, List Of All Materials And Quantity Of Lumpsum Work. ( E ) Green Building :- The Building Shall Be Designed In Accordance With Griha / Leed Specification To Ensure Least Environmetal Impact And Optimumutilization Of Electcity As Well As To Stzay In Consonance With Green Building Concept. ( F ) Rate Quoted Above Is Inclsive To Extend Prompt Assistance In Clerifying And Doubts On Design / Drawings And Shall Provide Extra Details Or Supplementray Drawings, If Required , At No Extra Cost To The Department During Tendering And Execution Of The Work. Modification Of Any Required On Account Of The Site Condition / User Requirments Shall Be Attended To By The Consulant During Exection Of The Project Without Any Extra Cost. (a) Natural moisture content, (b) Bulk desnsity.(c) Specific gravity, (d) Free swell index and swelling properties of soil. (f) Consolidation test (compressed index value). (g) Triaxial compressing test and determination of shear properties, (h) Harmful salt in any (ii) Ground water table & high HFL. (a) Maximum nad minimum levels of Ground water in the area with source of information. (b) Ground water table observed during investion.(xi) A detailed site plan showing the approx location of each bore duly numbered as per long bore hole to be enclosed with soil investigation report (iv) Scope of investigation , exploration, technique, soil profile,Bore log etc.(v) Soil bearing capacity as per relevent latest IS condes duly showing the various soil parameters / indices in tabular format and Recommended SBC at different depth of foundation (1.0m, 1.5m,2.0m and 2.5m) and different type of foundations like strip, isolated,rate and pile foundation in tabular format. (vi) Chemical analysis of soil, if required ,including recommendeation and type of cement to be used for filling under floors and filling under plinth protenction.(vii) Recommendation for filling under floors and filling under plinth protenction. (viii) RI of the ground level/foundation level wrt bench mark. (viii) Nature of each stratum and engineering properties of soil and rock which may effect design and mode of construction of proposed structures and their foundation. (ix) photogarphy record of testing.(x) Recommendation as regards possibility of liquefaction of soil. (xiii) Possible corrosive effects of soli water on foundation material.(xiv) Any other recommendation.
2	Carrying out contour survey work having a grid size of 3m X 3m by total station /DGPS inclusive of marking of important structures, buildings and utility (Road Buildings, drains ,river,sewer line and electric lines etc) contour will be plotted at an interval of 3 meter and drawing of 1 soft copy + 4 Gard copy in A0 size paper cmplete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.(rate inclsive of site clerance and removal of bushes/ shrubs etc of any type, removel from site for marking the area accessible and enabling for soil investigation and contour survey work)
3	Design and prepartion of architecture drawigs,structual drwigs , design of internal services, bill of quantities incl taking off quantities and abstract as per MES SSR 2020 and yard stick for the below list of buildigns :- (i) Single offrs living accn D/S - 364.08sqm (ii) Servant Qtr S/S - 37.16 sqm. (a) Prepation of conceptual architectural drawings, minimum three proposals with latest architectural views in 3D(on latest Auto DESK software) with relevant details like plans, elevation,section, layout plan, etc. based on sanctioned AEs and Board proceeeding and in adherence to the provision of national building code,scales of accn and other standard architecture practices/norms. The conceptual drawigs shall be submitted in duplicate hard copies for approval of the user and the Garrison Engineer.(b) After approval of concerptual drawings, the prepartion of architeture drawings,including schedule of finishes, internal water supply and internal electric supply drawings as per incoroporating required chages/modification and submit the same in four copies. The working drawings shall be on A1 or A0 size as required on standard scale and working details on standard scale as per requirements, The final drawings shall be got approved from thr Garrision Engineer, (C) Preparation of structural drawing and structural design by using softwars such as STAAD PRO latest version, STAAD foundation and RCDC advance version using 3D space model etc original prints in tracing papers A1 size and submission of one set of ammonia prints and two sets of white drawings in soft copy,copied in CD (all drawings shall be drawn to a suitable scale and shall not be printed in fit to scale mode. scale shall be clearly mentioned in the drawings. The preferred scales are as follows:- (i) Main plan 1:100/150 (ii) Details of componets 1:25 (iii)Minor details /cross section of columns and beams etc 1:10 (iv) Vetting of strcture design and drawigs from IIt/NIT/Govt Engg college. (v) Submission of design folder (one set each soft copy and hard copy)details of calculation, one hard copy of architecture and strucyural drawings, softcopy of all architural drawings and structural drawings in AUTOCAD as well as soft copies of signed and certified drawings.(vi) After approval of architech and structural drawings of the projct, submission of final drawings in triplicate hard copy (1x tracing sheets) to be submitted to this HQ duly signed by an authrised architect of the consultant. The rates quoted harein shall include the cost of any such drawings or redering.(d) Estimation of quantities , preparation of BOQ abstract , yard sticks and market analaysis. Prepartion and submission of detailed estimate, yard stick bills of quantities including reinforcement bars quantity of each size of bar duly priced at per MES SSR part -II 2020 rates and market rates, market analysis alongwith supporinting documents,list of all materials and quantity of lumpsum work.(e) GREEN BUILDING :- The building shall be designed in accordance with GRIHA/LEED specification to ensure least environmetal impact and optimumutilization of Electcity as well as to stzay in consonance with Green building concept.(f) Rate quoted above is inclsive to extend prompt assistance in clerifying and doubts on design/ drawings and shall provide extra details or supplementray drawings, if required ,at no extra cost to the department during tendering and execution of the work. Modification of any required on account of the site condition/user requirments shall be attended to by the consulant during exection of the project without any extra cost. (g) The consultant shall also visit the proposed site before carrying out design if required by him without any extra cost to the Department.
