    1Open Trenching for Soft Rocky soil to a standard depth of 100 cm.
    2Laying of PLB pipe upto 50 mm dia and jointing with coupler.
    3Pulling of OF Cable (upto 48F) and its allied works (viz. Sealing PLB ends, Sandfilling, etc.).
    4Blowing of OF Cable (upto 48F) and its allied works (viz. Sealing PLB ends, Sandfilling, etc.).
    5DWC Pipe (Upto 100mm O.D) laying in trenches
    6DWC Pipe Laying & fixing with GI clamps (on bridge & culverts or external walls of building) as per specifications along with supply of GI clamps (4mm thickness, 25mm width) and all installation materials. Clamp spacing should be approx 1M to take care of the load.
    7Providing CC protection (20cmx20cm) in the ratio of 1:2:4 for encasing PLB Pipe I GI Pipe/DWC pipe in Roads, bridges, Crossings and Culverts
    8Supply and Fixing of RCC pre-cast RCC joint chamber with size 1.2M(inner dia)x0.8M(outer dia) and ring thickness of 40mm made of 1:2:4 concrete mix.
    9Supply and Fixing of Route/Joint Indicators,painting and sign writing of Route/Joint Indicators, as per specifications.
    10Splicing/Termination of 24F OF cable laid at every joint/termination.All materials/labour except Joint closures/Termination Boxes to be supplied by Bidder/Vendor.
    11Splicing/Termination of 48F OF cable laid at every joint/termination.All materials/labour except Joint closures/Termination Boxes to be supplied by Bidder/Vendor.
    12Documentation of Route Index Diagram in Soft and Hard Copies (Three sets each.)
    13Cost of Recovery of empty cable drums of size 6/12/24F OF Cable
