Maintenance Of Various Colonies Under Rohini Zone.Subhead: - Engaging Consultancy Services For 1380 Lig Flats ( Upvan Apartment ) , Sector-28, Rohini For Detailed Analysis / Study Of Structure Of Housing And Providing Remedy Measures / Solution Accordingly. ; Engaging Services For Detailed Analysis / Study Of Structure Of Housing And Providing Remedy Measures / Solution Accordingly.The Job Includes Works As Described Under, Complete As Per Direction Of Engineer-In-Charge. ( I ) Testing Of Existing Structural Members Such As Column, Beam, Slab Etc. By Core Cutting Method Or Other Suitable Method And Providing Report On The Basis Of Test. ( Ii ) Providing Report On Structural Member Stability Of Existing Structure And Get Vetted By Dtu, Iit&Nit, Nsut Or Any Other Government Institution Situated In Delhi Ncr. ( Iii ) Providing Solution For Structurally Unstable Portion, Whether Retrofitting Feasible Or Reconstruction Is Feasible. ( Iv ) Providing Structural Design And Drawing For Retrofitting Or Reconstruction As The Case May Be After Getting Vetted By Dtu, Iit&Nit, Nsut Or Any Other Government Institution Situated In Delhi Ncrand Providing Detailed Estimate On The Basis Of Design As Per Latest Dsr / Cpwd. ( V ) Monitoring The Quality Of Work During Execution At Site Whether The Work Is Being Executed As Per Relevant Is Codes & Cpwd Specification Or Not. Consultant Has To Check Complete Work Items And Not The Random Part Of Work. ( Vi ) Communication Of Reports Based On Testing And Inspection Shall Be Submitted To Dda Every Fortnight As Per Direction Of Engineer-In-Charge ( Vii ) Consultants Should Quote Fee For Consultancy Including All Statutary Taxes. Testing Of Material Will Be Done Free Of Cost In The Field Lab Of The Main Agency Or DdaS Lab As Per The Conditions Of Agreement With The Main Agency. Nothing Extra Shall Be Paid If The Consultants Get The Tests / Testing Of Material Done In Their Own Laboratory. Payment For Outside Testing I.E. Outside The DdaS / Field Laboratories Is To Be Made Bythe Main Contractors / Agency As Per The Agreement Between Dda And Main Agency. Third Party Quality Assurance Service Shall Include Carrying Out Random Sample Tests All About 25% Of Suggested Frequency Stipulated In Morth-Cpwd Specifications I.S Codes, As Applicable On All The Material And Finish Products As Covered In The Agreement Of The Main Agency Executing This Work.

1	Engaging services for detailed analysis/study of structure of housing and providing remedy measures/solution accordingly.The job includes works as described under, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (i) Testing of existing structural members such as column, beam, slab etc. by core cutting method or other suitable method and providing report on the basis of test. (ii)Providing report on structural member stability of existing structure and get vetted by DTU, IIT&NIT, NSUT or any other Government institution situated in Delhi NCR. (iii) Providing solution for structurally unstable portion, whether retrofitting feasible or reconstruction is feasible. (iv)Providing structural design and drawing for retrofitting or reconstruction as the case may be after getting vetted by DTU, IIT&NIT, NSUT or any other Government institution situated in Delhi NCRand providing detailed estimate on the basis of design as per latest DSR/CPWD. (v)Monitoring the quality of work during execution at site whether the work is being executed as per relevant IS codes & CPWD specification or not. Consultant has to check complete work items and not the random part of Work. (vi) Communication of reports based on testing and inspection shall be submitted to DDA every fortnight as per direction of Engineer-In-charge (Vii) Consultants should quote fee for consultancy including all statutary taxes. Testing of material will be done free of cost in the field lab of the main agency or DDA"s lab as per the conditions of agreement with the main agency. Nothing extra shall be paid if the consultants get the tests/testing of material done in their own laboratory. Payment for outside testing i.e. outside the DDA"s/field laboratories is to be made bythe main contractors/agency as per the agreement between DDA and main agency. Third Party Quality Assurance service shall include carrying out random sample tests all about 25% of suggested frequency stipulated in MORTH-CPWD specifications I.S Codes, as applicable on all the material and finish products as covered in the agreement of the main agency executing this work.
