Create SSD condition on Surface with Water. Prime the surface with Tarfelt LMmixedwith potable water in the ratio of 1 : 1 and apply @ 400 grmper Sqm ( As per Surface Conditions ) • Apply first coat ofTarfelt LMhaving elongation200%conformingto ASTM -C -412& having crack bridging of .8mm confirming toASTM -C -836 with Tensilestrength after 7 Days 0.50 mm conforming to ASTM-C-412with no diluation of water on primed surfacewhile the surface is still tackywith consumption of 700 gram per Sqm .Lay Geotex of 45 GSM/Fibre meshsimultaneously and paste it properly with overlap of 50mm .Allow the first coat to dry for 10 to 12 Hrs . • Apply 2nd coaton cured first coat with consumption @ 700 gram per Sqm in oppsite direction of first coat by Brush or Roller Allow it to dry for 10 – 12 hr after apply 3rdcoat with consumption @ 700 gram per Sqm . • Ensure final curing time of 36 hrs before allowing / carrying out any further work. Conduct Ponding test after min.7 Day Applying two coats of U.V ResistantElastomeric ExteriorAxcrylic Weather resistantwaterproofcoating --Shalicryl-215---Having Elongation of 300 % after curing of 14 Days confirming to ASTM D-6083--for U.V protection of Bituminous Elastomeric Acrylic Emulsified Liquid Membrane --Tarfelt LMto give long life & preventits deterioration from Sunlight. Note : Application of water proofing treatmentwill be done by Authorised Applicatoronly .
2Removing old tar felt, all loose dirt,old roof tiles,cleaning the concrete surface including removal & cleaning of vegetation, fungus,mass small trees etc from the roof top with wire brush, removing the strips of lightening conductor including refixing the same after repair workand applying neat cement slurry @ 1.5Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
3Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 over concrete surface on top of roof finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound pidi proof LW @ 200ml per 50Kg cement as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).
4Supply only liquid water proofing compound pidilite LW complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
5Material and labour for providing APP modified water proofingmembrane with non woven polyster super thermally laid with overlaps, bonded with hot blown bitumen85/25 @ 1.20Kg/Sqm, over a coat of manufacturer"s primer 0.3 ltr/Sqm on the prepared surface of plaster,end overlaps shall not be less than 150mm and side overlaps 75mm . APP modified water proofing membrane shuold be five layered 3mm thick and minimum weight 3kg per square metre complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
6Dismantling framed wooden trusses span n exc 10 m of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
7Dismantling timber scantling in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc. under 40 Sqcm in section framed work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
8Supply and fixing Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
9Supply and fixing rolled MS section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe 410-W quality B complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
10Supply and fixing for plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes,with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E 250) quality-A etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
11Dismantling AC corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in wall cladding or roof coverings including ridges and make good of aluminium earthing strips after fixing of sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
12Dismantling GI/PPGI corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in wall cladding or roof coverings including ridges and make good of aluminium earthing strips after fixing of sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
13Supply and fixing for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
14Supply and fixingin repair pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
15Supply and fixing forin repair 0.63mm thick galvanised with grade of zinc coating 275gm/sqm mild steel sheeting (with grade of zinc coating 275 Gm/sqm) with two corrugation side lap fixed with L- type or cranked hook bolts and washer in roof, wall etc bent to curve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
16Taking down earthing arrester including stripand refixing same postion after fixing of any type roof sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
17Preparing new steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or grith and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
18Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
19Taking down carefully (copper/aluminium) point wiring for ceiling fan/light fitting in ceiling and refixing the same in any position including replacing damaged material and lowering/rising the rod of ceiling fan if required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
20Supply and fixing position suspended false ceiling system using T-grid suspended ceiling grid system . The size of grid shall be 600x600mm with GI frame work main runner 38x24x3600mm, cross tee25x24x600mm/25x24x1200mm and wall angle 24x24x2540mm( thickness of the materail of 0.30mm). using 9mm thick ceiling panel laminated with PVC film on front face and foil back available in the drop texture as per IS-2095, part-I 1996, fixed in the grid of T-grid suspended ceiling grid system duly susupended by 4mm dia GI bar hanged from the purlins of the roof with butter fly clipscomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
21Supply and fixing 500 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top)three layers hoisted andfixed in position complete andall as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including dismantling existing water tank and removing from site of any capacity.

41Preparation of newly plastered surfaces andapplying two coats of Acrylic exterior emulsion paint with camouflage patternover a coat of primershades as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as required at site including necessary scaffolding and other arrangement to work up to a height of 10 metres complete all as specified and directedby the Engineer-in-Charge.

45Taking down anti bird netting of any description at any position and any height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
46Supply & Fixing of bird control nets of polyolefin all weather proof co-polymer, machine knotting using CNC machine with DSLS technology for anti slip knotting, mesh size 20mmx20mm and diameter of twine 01mm with 2mm dia border rope including 2mm dia tie ropes braided/ standard rope of polyolefin coplymers at an interval of 10ft having length of 6ft including fixing at any height / any location all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
