| 1 | Cleaning of external façade of buildings such as structural glazing, ACP, Louver etc including cost of manpower, equipment’s, rope, tools, cleaning materials, tackles, consumables, safety gears etc. complete. The above-mentioned surfaces to be cleaned properly with suitable cleaning materials which do not have any adverse effect on the façade. Scaffolding where ever required shall be arranged by the contractor if required at quoted rate. The cleaning shall be carried out without causing damages to any fixtures on exterior walls. (Maximum height of the building up to 50m) |

| 3 | Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent aluminium frame/ RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality after removing old sealant and other loose materials as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Up to 10mm depth and 10 mm width.The rate quoted shall be including cost of manpower, equipment’s, rope, tools, cleaning materials, tackles, consumables, safety gears etc. complete. Scaffolding where ever required shall be arranged by the contractor if required at quoted rate. (Maximum height of the building up to 50m) |

| 5 | Providing and fixing adjustable stainless steel clamps of approved quality, required shape and size, adjustable with stainless steel nuts, bolts and washer (total weight not less than 260 gms/size to match with already fixed clamp), after dismantlingsand stone/ Granit if required, removing damaged clamps where ever required and refixing for dry stone cladding , including making necessary recesses in stone slab, drilling required holes etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The rate quoted shall be including cost of manpower, equipment’s, rope, tools, cleaning materials, tackles, consumables, safety gears etc. complete.
