Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of 33 KV HT 800 A, indoor type VCB including CT/PTand multifunctional relay & multifunctional meter with all associated accessories. Make & model shall be reputedand similar to following: breaker:- ABB Make VD4, Breaker Rating- 800 Amps. STC 31.5 KA/3 Sec. panels-Unigear ZS2, CT/PT Pragath/ ECS/Jemini make: CT Ration 300/1.1 Amps. 5 VA, CL1 for metering & SP10 forprotection, suitable for cable size 3 core 185 sq. mm, cable IN-OUT through bottom. Relay ABB Make: - REJ601 with Modbus communication protocol. Bus bar - 800 Amps copper, Ammeter, Voltemer & MFM shall be partof the panels. 1) Erection cost is inclusive of supply of requisite materials, masonry work, fabrication work,making of panel/ cable duct (size of cable duct shall be as per site requirement as advised by consignee) alongwith supply & erection of all types of requisite nuts & bolts etc. required for installation as per site condition,testing & commissioning and linking with the existing panel as required at site. 2) Type test/ CPRI test report forabove specification to be submitted to Railway on demand. 3) GAD, GTP submitted by firm shall be approved bySr. DEE(G)/CKP before RITES inspection.
