2Supply and Installation required on site for the of MS Steel work for AHU Pletform as per site conditions and proposed design.
3Supplying and carrying outsingle layer polycarbonate sheet work for AHU & Duct Covering Sheet as per site conditions or proposed design.
4Buy Back of ducts and pipes removed from the site which shall be replaced with the new ones as per site conditions or proposed design.
5Supply, installation, testing and commissioning ofcomplete set of High rangeability control valve or Pressure independant control valve, kit comprising of Two Way Control Valve of Brass construction rotary / ball type for DN15 and DN32 of PN25 rating with screwed connections. DN 40-DN150 shall be C.I body of PN16 ratings,motorised modulating actuators with linear stroke of minimum 15 mm, LCD display digital controller(BMS compatible),three nos NTC sensors with complete wiring with in AHU room,one thermowell,one power supply unit of 230Vac/24Vac.Control box for mounting Digital controller and power supply unit and 10 Amps Double pole MCB should be also provided.The valve size shall be suitable for pipe size/coil TR capacity. 6Supplying, laying/ fixing of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping plumbing inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with fire retardant quality expanded polystrene moulded pipe section of density 20 kg/cu.m after a thick coat of cold setting adhesive (CPRX compound) wrapping with 500g polythene faced hessain and finally applying 0.63mm aluminium sheet cladding complete with type3 , grade 1 roofing feltstrip(as per IS:1322 as amended up to date ) at joints repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect. Note : The Pipes of sizes 150mm & below shall be M.S. ‘C’ class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35mm thick M.S. 17Supplying, Fixing,testing and commissioning of Duct dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air path as and where required of required sizes i/c control wiring,the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. 18Supplying and fixing of following thickness of Acoustic Insulation Inside the Duct with Engineered K-Fonik Open Cell Nitrile Rubber with Density 140 - 180 Kg/m3 & shall be fibre free. The material shall have a thermal conductivity not exceeding 0.047 W/m.K @ 20 Deg. C & shall conform to Class 1 rating for surface spread of Flame in accordance to BS 476 Part 7. The insulation shall pass Air Erosion Resistance Test in accordance to ASTM Standard C 1071-05 (section 12.7), from an independent testing agency & should have built-in Ultra-Fresh Anti-Microbial Protection, and should pass Fungi Resistance as per ASTM G21, UL 181 & E2180. To be applied using recommended K414 Class O low VOC Adhesive 15 mm thick open cell nitrile rubber.
19Supply & Installation of Thermal Insulation on ducts Exposed/ not exposed to sunlight using K-FLEX ST Closed Cell Microcellular Elastomeric Nitrile Rubber of specified thicknesses having density between 40 to 60 Kg/m3. Thermal conductivity shall not exceed 0.035 W/m.K at an average temperature of 0 degree C, FM approved. The insulation shall have fire performance such that it passes minimum fire rating Class 1 as per BS 476 Part 7 for surface spread of flame and also pass Fire Propagation requirement as per BS476 Part 6 to meet the Class ‘O’ Fire classification. Water vapour permeability shall not exceed 0.024 Perm inch (2.48 x 10-14 Kg/m.s.Pa) i.e. Moisture Diffusion Resistance Factor or ‘µ’ value should be minimum 7,000& with factory laminated Aluminium glass cloth backing of 7 micron foil / FR Glue / 90 GSM glass cloth combined withhigh performance flame retardant solvent adhesive & having tensile strength of 25N/25mm .
