Relaying the MP tiled roof by replacing damaged /broken roof tile and ridge tile as per the original size/shape (size not less than 420 mm) after repairing the roof members by replacing the damaged/decayed teak wood reapers to a new best quality teak wood reapers of average size 60x25 mm with suitable spacing for the MP Tile roofing and joining them with wire nails. Including the cost of erecting and dismantling the scaffolding after completion of the work and the cost of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete; complying with standard specifications and as directed. (Materials required: Teak wood:1.029 m³, MP Tiles:1470 Nos )

Provision for Providing Hip Tiles and fixing the same with lime mortar 1:2 at the ridges of the MP tiled roof includes the cost of all labour charges and materials, and cost of scaffolding charges, etc. complete. (Materials required: Hip Tiles: 324 Nos , Lime Mortar:1.20 m³)

Provision for providing Bird/bat proof Expanded metal mesh frame over the wooden frames of size 1.80 m x 1.20 m made out of best quality teak wood of size 5 cm x 5 cm to the ceiling of the western Nadappura to arrest bird/bat haunt including the cost of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete.(Materials required: Teak Wood:0.235 m³, Expanded metal:106.40 m²) (Drawing Attached)
