Stripping and removing the existing aluminium sheet covering work and insulation blankets of different thickness from pipelines, vessels, equipments etc.and disposing the re-usable Aluminium Sheetat places pointed out / MCD and transporting thedismantled wool to low lying areas within factory premisesincluding transportation as perinstructions.

Supplying75 mm thick, 1.50 Mtrs. x 1.20 Mtrs. or nearest size. machine made and machine Stitched lightly resin bonded mineral wool mattresseshaving density of 100kg/m3 conforming to IS:8183with G.I hexagonal wire netting of Size: 20mm x 24 gauge on one side.

Supplying 22 SWG (0.71mm thick) and 1.2 m width Aluminium plain sheet in rolls conforming to IS:737 (maximum weight of roll should be less than 300kg)

Providing insulation blankets to the vessels, equipmentsand pipelines etc. including tying firmly with binding wire etc. as per instructions. (Labour only- Materials provided by the Company) -25 to 75mm thick .

Covering the insulation work on vessels, equipments and pipelines etc. with Aluminium sheet including providing groove joints wherever necessary with machine and fixing the sheets with self tapping screws ,ceiling thejoints with ceilingcompoundwhere ever required,etc. complete as per instructions (Labour only- Aluminium sheets and screws will be provided by the Company)
