5	Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 210 watt LED street light fitting made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing (IP-66 protection and IK07 impact resistance) complete with all accessories including making connection etc. complete as required and as per technical specification attached. LED street light fixture of not more than 210 watt and lumens output not less than 27100 rating.
6	Supplying and drawing of 3 x 1.5 sq. mm size of 1.1 KV grade FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel conduit as required.
7	Supplying of following sizes of XLPE aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade as per technical specification attached. 4 x 16 sq. mm
8	Supplying of following sizes of XLPE aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade as per technical specification attached. 3.5 x 35 sq. mm
9	Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground includingexcavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. Note:- Excavation shall also include pacca cutting wherever applicable as per site requirement and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
10	Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia. (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) Note:- Excavation shall also include pacca cutting wherever applicable as per site requirement and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
11	Supply, boring and laying of HDPE DWC pipes (ISI) marked of the 90 mm dia. size confirming to IS:4984 with pressure rating of 6KG/Sq.cm by trench less technology with no dig. method by making bore hole in horizontal direction across the road with boring equipment i/c jointing, cleaning, rodding of pipe performing mandrel test providing suitable covers on mouth of pipes, excavation of pits of required size & depth and laying of cables in the pipe etc. complete as required.
12	Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheeted/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/Metal/DWC pipe as required. Up to 35 sq. mm
13	Overhead laying of 4 x 16 sq. mm XLPE aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade with fixing of cable on street light pole by shackle insulator i/c clamp, Rod, nuts and bolts etc. for support of insulator on the pole and connection to the existing LED fitting by IPC connector i/c connection, testing etc. complete as required.
14	Providing and fixing 200 A rating and 36KA breaking capacity FPMCCB (Ics= Icu) with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders inside a suitable size hot press moulded SMC junction box of inside size 350 mm x 270 mm x 190 mm, side hinged door type with provision for 3 phase cable entry, exit & external bracket for fixing on wall including drilling holes, making connections, testing etc. complete as required.

18	Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia. including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
19	Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia. G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.
20	Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connection etc. as required.
21	Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia. G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/recessed conduit/sub main wiring/cable as required.
22	Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm x 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10 cm including inscription duly engraved as required.
