    Tender Details

    Bids Are Invited For 1000063469_1_93914001010 Total Quantity : 31500 EHV Grade, Hydro-Carbon Mineral Transformer Oil, without any additive for 235KV power transformer as per IS 335: 2018. Buyer’s Specific Requirement: 1. After the full ordered quantity of oil is made ready in the drums, for dispatch, the Supplier has to invite NALCO for pre-dispatch inspection. In presence of representative from NALCO, Party has to collect two sets of ‘composite transformer oil sample’ as per IS 6855 (latest). Then all the transformer oil drums, marked for dispatch to NALCO, shall be sealed and stamped, in the presence of NALCO Representative.Out of the two samples, party has to test one sample at their works and another sample has to be sent to CPRI or ERDA by the party for testing in accordance with the methods referred to in IS 335:2018 at party’s own cost. If the test results in both the above cases confirm to the attached Annexure, then NALCO shall issue dispatch clearance to the party. 2. The party has to deliver the transformer oil in ISI marked properly sealed and stamped and perfectly clean nonreturnable new steel barrels of 210 liters nominal capacity as per IS 335: 2018. 3. The party should submit their confirmation to the buyer’s specific requirement as per attached annexure in their offer
