Welding the top cover after tanking of core and coil assembly into painted tank and tightening of assembly into the tank and fitting all accessories of transformer and filling of oil.

Spray painting of transformer tank from outside with supper enamel synthetic Grey paint in two coats after providing primer of red oxide paint and package rate per transformer the supply item to be provided by the contractor for repairing of transformer details of supply item are annexed here to like – Oxygen gas, M-seal, Araldite, Paint and Brush for lettering, Welding electrode Gas cutter etc.

Dragging/shifting of repaired T/F near to the test cabin/testing place and dragging /shifting T/F to yard after testing and its stacking at identified place.

Punching and welding of M.S. plate of 100x50x3mm size on the outside of T/F containing following information. (I) Unique number, (II) Capacity (III) Name of workshop (IV) Date of repair
