| 3 | (a) For the DSR items rates which are already excluding ofGST:- Applicable GST amount as per prevailing GST rate may be paid over and above the DSR item rate which are exclusive of GST. |
| 4 | (b) For the DSR items rate in which GST is already included:- The GST amount @ 12% shall be excluded from the DSR rates and then applicable GST amount as per prevailing GST rate may be paid over and above the DSR item rate which are exclusive of GST. |
