    Supply Of Ccd -1 The CCD must support Raman scattering experiments. Further, it should be integrated to a high-resolution spectrometer with a focal length of ~550 mm. 2 Type: Front illuminated Open Electrode CCD Sensor 3 Detection Range: 200-1000 nm or better 4 Pixel format: Minimum 1024 × 256 5 Pixel size = 26 μm × 26 μm or better 6 Image area should be 26 mm × 6.5 mm or better 7 Single Pixel Well Capacity should be 200,000 e- /pixel (Minimum) 8 Cooling system: Thermoelectric Cooling of -60 deg C or better 9 Dark Current: 0.0052 e-/pixel/sec (Typical) or better 10 Peak Quantum Efficiency: 50% or more 11 Shutter: Internal CCD shutter for entrance should be provided 12 Necessary power supply should be provided 13 Digitization: 16-bit ADC 14 Software: Software should be provided for acquisition, wide range of data treatment, storage option and to control the spectrometer and detectors completely and the software should work in windows-based operating. 15 Warranty: 1 year
